We liked the attic family room! It's huge and a lot of space. It was clean and has a fridge and Coffee/Tea station. We got there late at night from a long drive and the self check-in tablet is very convenient.The location is only a 15-min drive to the speyer technic museum. Breakfast was also nice and the lady in the reception is very friendly! Free underground parking is a plus.

The elevator was not working when we were there.

A clean and spacious room with big bathroom, comfortable beds, good breakfast and underground free car parking. All well for one night staying.

Lack of air condition. We didn't need it because of rainy weather and bearables temperatures. But in case of the heat wave, we would have a heat situation.

Good breakfast, huge room and bathroom, with both shower and a bath. Parking place available under the hotel, city center, a lot of restaurants and cafe around.

Pillows...we read about it in other travellers' reviews but were not paying attention as it is a very personal feeling, but I can say that it's a pity that such a good hotel has problems with pillows. My 5-year-old son characterized them very well - "liquid pillows". Guys, please solve this issue and you will be at the top.

The hotel is is very close to restaurants. The lady from the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the wifi is incredibly bad. The signal was almost inexistent.

We had the top-floor room. It was huge! Exceptionally clean. Sofa bed is small. Main beds are huge. It’s a very warm room-slept with the windows open even in Feb. The church was next door and started chiming at 6am. -expect to be woken by them. Great breakfast and secure/private parking.

Easy to find, with underground parking, our tall van had to park just down the road 100yards or so. We booked 2 rooms ended up on floor 2 and 4. Rooms were ok nothing special but clean, bathroom was OK. Superb breakfast included in the price.

Rooms, breakfast, free parking, and HOTEL STAFF. Amazingly friendly and smiles from ear to ear. 3rd time at this little hotel, but it deserves a 5 star rating with a plus…

The location was good: within walking distance of train station, shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very friendly.

The window could not be fully opened, and the room was a little warm. There was no AC.

Lovely very large modern room with a great double sink bathroom and walk in shower. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety (even pancakes) and very friendly staff that kept restocking the buffet up to closing time. Free underground parking is also great. Town is small but close to the highway and has an excellent restaurant down the street called Engel.

Cleaning underneath the bed and in the corners could have been better (quite a bit of dust). Blinds were kind of broken but still functional..

Proximity to the Hockenheimring. Underground parking is actually under the hotel. Comprehensive breakfast choices. Big rooms.

Nothing worthy of mention. Problems accessing the hotel from the underground car park on this occasion, but only a short walk up the ramp to the hotel entrance anyway.
