We really liked the location, it was in a very pretty small town surrounded by a wooded area, great for cycling and walking. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The staff at the desk were very helpful and the manager most helpfully booked us E-bikes to save us walking round in the morning to find they were all gone. The dining room was attractive with big windows and a view outside. The waiting staff were very helpful and helped us with the language.

The room would have benefitted from another mirror on the wall as most of the mirrors were in the bathroom. The wardrobe would have benefitted from an interior light.

The staff were all very helpful and sorted out secure bicycle parking in their conference room. Room was comfortable and there was an extensive selection for breakfast.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Lovely new and clean hotel, all staff were friendly and helpful, despite being under occupied with exception to the wine list, everything was running normally with fully stocked bar and a full selection of good produce at breakfast, plenty of reception staff and cleaners (hotel cleaned daily) easy access free parking, all staff had some knowledge of English.

No tea/coffee making fercilities in the room and only three or four hangers in the robes.

It is practical and modern. They go out of their way to make sure guests are happy which is a good thing. I commend that!

Too much glass. Building not private quite enough. Staff a bit too self concious. Could be cooler about everything. People want to just relax. Many don’t want a fuss. Restaurant lovely and good food but too much window! Staff here are always kind and want to please.

not far away from the Roemond outlets, the hotel is quiet, the town nearby is very beautiful ,breakfast is very good ! very big place for free parking ! starff is nice and friendly ,we hope to stay next time

The breakfast ist very good, arranged beautifully. The cook even came to check that everything was fine. There is enough parking, which can be a problem at other places.

It seems to be a very new hotel. I don't understand, why the rooms were designed to be so small. Putting a large suitcase out of the way is not possible.

Location was perfect for us as we were moving out of a house in the town. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious. We had dinner at the hotel as well and whilst the food was delicious it was expensive for what we had. Reception at the hotel was first class and when we arrived for the second time, he remembered my name. Exceptional.

Breakfast was very expensive and was really poor choice. Our room looked over the bins so couldn’t have window open because of smell (it was a hot night)

Nice, new, modern Hotel. Lots of parking right infront of the Hotel. Easy walk into the pretty little city. Room size for one person perfect. Good working air conditioner, once you have figured out how to set it up. Would go there again and recommend it. A little pricey. But you do get what you pay for.

No description on how to use the air conditioner. Having a little instruction would be very helpful!

Nice hotel, very modern, well equipped and with good breakfast. A nice hotel for going for a hike in the nearby nature parks and for a short visit to this part of Germany.
