The room was very spacious with nice ambient, you can even have your own kitchen with a small meal. The check-in process was smooth and the staff they are very nice. The bed is very big, there is a double-layered duvet for winter. Breakfast was good

The location is slightly far from the city center Toiletry in the bathroom can be improved Because of the World cup, the lobby was really noisy until late at night Wifi didn't always work The mattress is too soft for my liking

Needed somewhere to hang towels in bathroom everything was very high for us, and also a shelf to place deodorant, shaver, toothbrushes etc as the one shelf there was not enough. A magnified mirror is also a good idea as we are older snd can’t see very well when applying makeup. Also a little welcome pack with a toothbrush snd cotton buds is a good idea.

Initial reaction was it looked a long away from the town then we realised it was a 5 minute walk The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful particularly the reception and restaurant staff

Nothing to dislike but if I had to find a negative it would be that the room was too hot for us

Good location with easy access to the city, retails shopping outlet. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Friendly staff, didn’t try the food in the restaurant, but it menu looked ok. Breakfast was included and a good standard fare. Easy parking costing 5euro per night.

Large walk in shower was great, but the shower head was like a writhing snake 🐍 and would not lock tight (room 225).

The suite is very nice, allows you to have an independent stay (fully equipped kitchen). The location is great, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious.

The rooms were quite dusty and the shower drain hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also, there are plenty of signs explaining a mandatory face mask, but on multiple occasions that not all personnel was adhering to that. That seems a bit unprofessional to expect it from guests, but not from personnel, as the face-masks are to protect guests too.

Room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable. The bar was great.

The parking was terrible. Unfortunately their chef had hurt themselves so we could noteat in the restaurant and only one member of staff trying to do everything. No air con either.

Perfect for a short vacation and visit of outlet center. Service was very friendly and helpful. Early Check In (1hour earlier than mentioned check in time) was possible without extra cost. We have booked the breakfast which had good selection and was overall totally fine.

bathroom was little bit small compared to the rest of our room. Would like to have more options to hang our towels.

Nice big room, extremely friendly staff, location close to city centre. Kitchenette was a nice surprise, but no cutlery in there.

Very stylish and nice hotel. Good location only 5-10 minutes to the main shopping street and 15 minutes to the Outlet. Breakfast was good, although it was very chilly in the breakfast room. Staff was friendly. We will stay here again.

The iron board was broken and the other one was missing one day and too hard. The iron was really bad, one of them was leaky
