It was a big surprise for us in all respects. The hotel is located in the house where the famous Dutch architect Petrus Josephus Hubertus Cuypers was born and raised. The author of such architectural masterpieces as the Amsterdam railway station and the Reich Museum. We were met by the owner of the hotel, a very nice and sweet person with a huge heart for helping sick children. I had a great stay at De Roermondse Beleving! The hotel’s central location made it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot, with shops, cafes, and sights just around the corner. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay right in the heart of Roermond.

Very nice place in the city center of Roermond. Everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. Also only 200 meters from Bus and Train station. Rooms are larger then I expected. The host was very friendly and provided us with many useful tips and places in the nearby area. Would recommend it for a visit to this area.

There was no airco in the room, but it did have a good fan. Although it did say it was an Bed & Breakfast, we didn't had any breakfast included. But there are many opportunities to eat nearby, so not a real issue.

The „Roermond Experience“ takes place in a quaint old (100+ yrs?) narrow town house in genuine Dutch style. Located between the station and city center it is within walking distance of… everything. The house seems lovingly maintained. Steep wooden stairs lead to the high-ceilinged rooms that offer comfy beds, sink, toilet, shower and even a washer dryer. The large mid-level balcony offers a view of the backyard sea of roofs. Very friendly family business. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I honestly cannot come up with anything I „did not like“ about our stay. I will say that the „experience“ was different than expected from the moment on that I stood at the front door and checked in via telephone. ;)

Pretty nice Staff, talked a lot and received some good informations about roermond. The place is pretty central in the city, about 5min walk to the "Parkeergarage Stationspark" (parking lot 6Eur full day). Free coffee and tea, other drinks for a small/cheap fee.

Super friendly and welcoming. Good location in the middle of old town. Quiet and small (just few rooms). Bit worn, but it is stylish if you like homy accommodation.

Lovely room in an historically listed house with all proceeds of the B&B going to a worthwhile charity. The host was super nice as well. Loved it here!

Note that this B&B supports a charity for children. So, wonderful. Cozy place, clean, and the staff is absolutely nice.The location, close to the central station and the city center is just perfect.

It was comfy and at a great location. Nice staff and free coffee was also a plus.

There wasn't a table in the room itself and the downstairs neighbours were too noisy, and it was too hot and the fan didn't have a socket that I could connect too.
