This is a self service cottage near Roermond. Ample free parking space. Quite spacious and next to walking/ bike trails. Price is reasonable. Few good restaurants nearby. About 15 min drive to Roermond Designer Outlet. Air conditioner in the living room and a movable heater in bedroom.

Check out is 10am. Quite early. No hand & bath soap, shampoo provided. No air-conditioning in bedroom. So it was warm to sleep. Opening the window wide open during sleeping is not suitable for us as there are cats and insects around. WiFi keeps dropping.

Pretty cool place out in the woods. Nice cottage with plenty of greenery and trees in a quiet location. Interesting shower, although it took me a little bit to figure out how it worked (rain shower, hose, side massagers, foot massager, mood lighting, radio). Once I did though, it worked fine. Lots of pressure, although the cabin is a little cramped. Nice walkway around the property, through the trees, looking at the many cabins. More cabins being renovated, so more to come...

Nothing major at all that I didn't like. It's a nice place. Came back after a day of work and dinner and thought I might be able to get a beer somewhere on the property, but not possible. So just plan for that, as I don't think there's anything really within walking distance. But that's just a very minor logistics issue.

It was just the cottage. It was at a quiet location, so what we needed. We were playing golf so we were gone the entire day and what we got with the cottage was exactly what we needed: a nice and quite place to stay in the evenings and at night.

Better documentation on the appliances in the cottage. The shower for example was very exclusive with a lot of options and it took us quite some time to find out how each part worked.

Big facility, open space, really good independent cabins with all the facilities needed inside. Very clean, ample parking, and in nature.

The restaurant was marked as under construction, so no inside breakfast or lunch unless you have a car to go out and eat, or bring in stuff to cook.

Very quiet location, super friendly owners and so much room for chilling out during your stay

Unfortunately the address given directs you to the neighbouring accommodation for local workers. Just go an extra 100 yards down the road and you’ll find this gem.

Great and quiet location and close to the various lakes in Limburg.

The apartment could have been a little cleaner, as quite a few cobwebs and general kitchen equipment needed a wash before we could use it.

Lovely self catering cabin in the woods. Clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Only minor thing is there is no oven or microwave meaning all meals had to be cooked on the hob.

Very nicely cleaned cosy 1 bedroom Woden house in the nature. Staff were very friendly and helping. They welcome with a bottle of wine and a bag with coffee capsules tea auger etc….

Would be good to have a microwave.

Everything , very nice and clean and very quiet place, and very nice staff, Susane is really a nice friendly person who is ready to help with everything we ask for, we sure will come back.😍

Many thanks to the lovely receptionist who welcomed us (Susanne). The property is spacious, with rooms spread out across the grounds. Our room was new, clean, and well-organized.
