The B&B owner was very friendly and provided us with a lot of help. The hotel is located in the city center and right close to the outlet mall. (Elegant building in the city center but without elevator of course) Unfortunately, we only stayed there for a short time and did not have time to try their fries shop. I will come back to the them next time if I have the chance.

The breakfast is nice. It would be better if the breakfast could be served buffet style.

Very friendly stuff, very clean and comfortable rooms, very good and generous breakfast (étagère comes on your table, no buffet), Nespresso coffee machine in the hallway available anytime, perfectly located to both: city centre and Outlet, very charming old building with the B&B, a restaurant and a chocolaterie.

All was good, just some comments for other guests: coffee machine was directly next to our room door, so could be louder while in usage (I had earplugs for sleeping, so no issues with noise). No parking spaces for guests (but the next car park is only a few minutes' walk away). No elevator but didn't have heavy luggage with us.

The location was very easy to reach, and the parking garage is extremely close. Very friendly staff, and a beautiful building next to the church, very short walk into the centre of Roermond. Check in from 2 pm, which was one of the reasons we chose this place so we could check in before attending a wedding. Breakfast made per table at an agreed time in the morning, with a lot of choice, and the possibility to eat outside. All in all a very nice experience.

Wonderful stay! The staff and manager are absolutely lovely. We had a small issue upon arrival, but they quickly found a smooth and pleasant solution - very much appreciated! The place feels safe and welcoming, with a super cosy and peaceful terrace. Perfect location, close to everything. And the breakfast… fit for royalty! Would definitely come back.

Excellent location, near the city center and close to the designer outlets. The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. Note that there is no lift/elevator available as it is a historic building.

The breakfast on offer was just about ok. The items available were limited and there was no warm food on offer.

About 150 metres from the outlet stores. We were welcomed with chocolates by the owner! Breakfast was excellent and you can tell that the owner really cares about his guests and his property.

Ironically, we weren't there for the outlet stores. We visited them but weren't impressed. Suggest that you walk into town (100 metres opposite direction) and see what they have to offer. It's actually a nice town.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Roermond Outlet and were pleasantly surprised. The location was not only incredibly close, but also set in a beautiful area we didn’t expect. On top of that, the entire team — especially the reception staff — were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

Location is perfect, literally opposite the designer outlet stores. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and the view from it was amazing, very clean and spacious.

Nothing really, there are no elevators and the stairs can be tricky when carrying luggage but manageable.

Super Location, just outside the Outlet mall & also extremely near to the town center with lots of restaurants, pubs & shopping places, The Hotel has a nice Chocolate shop in the front, they even offered us free chocolate on checkin, Hotel has a beautiful Terrace with sitting outside. Roermond itself is a very cute little town, we loved our stay there.

Our room was on 2nd floor and the steps are steep but the hotel staff carried our bags to the room at the time of check in so not a big issue there.

2e Room is nice, location is very good, near the outlet, just several steps, packing is also nearby, breakfast is very nice and good
