Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Very nice, modern restaurant and the breakfast was good - plenty of choice. The suite we had was large, especially the bathroom (where the option of a bath was much appreciated). It wasn't that warm on arrival but after raising the thermostats on the heaters it warmed up OK. Easy to find, a nice view/ location and there is ample parking.

We're not very fussed about modern decor but even so, the room was a bit tired. The restaurant and accommodation are not adjacent. I didn't enjoy my meal much although my partner did, so that's just a matter of taste really, however it was a bit odd that the printed prices on menus didn't agree with those we were charged (the latter being slightly higher).

It is a very nicely located property . Approximately 10mins drive from the designer outlet . Spacious rooms . The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good .

The furniture and overall look of the rooms are dated . There is surely room for upgrade there . Though the bathroom was spacious and clean , the hand shower inside the shower cabinet just came off once water started flowing through it .

Hospitality of hotel and personals were awesome. We had dinner and it was delicious (of course you have to pay). I offer to try fish. Room was pretty good, clean, wide and comfortable also warm. I think location is little bit far to city center but you can find public transport easily.

The room was clean and comfortable with good furniture. The staff was polite and flexible in accepting our wishes. The breads for breakfast were delicious.

Unfortunately, the neighbor guests talked loudly until 2h00am which avoided our good sleep. (This is not a fault of the hotel)

Great stay! The room was very big, with a small kitchen. The bathroom was spacious too, with both a shower and a bathtub. I highly recommend the carpaccio at the hotel restaurant — the best we've ever had. Breakfast was also excellent.

We had a junior suite where we were allowed to bring our dog with us. These kind of rooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the inner garden and also have a little terrace. The room was huge, also the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Loved the surroundings as well. The hotel restaurant for dinner is also absolutely recommended.

Great Pet friendly hotel the Junior Suites are a perfect retreat to stay with our furry friend. Totally spaces with small kitchenette. The breatfast is great and as we had an early start during our stay the team prepared a fabulos packed-breakfaset to take with us.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are well maintained and the hotel and grounds are lovely. The suites we stayed in were spacious and comfortable with first class bathrooms and electric fans to help with the summer heat. The fresh baked breads and warm and cold selections at the breakfast buffet were delicious and there was plenty to please everyone in our group. Even our pickiest eater gave it a big thumbs up.

A full length mirror would have been nice and there were too many biting insects in the room and nasty spider webs on the balcony.

Pleasant location next to boating lake on outskirts of Roermond with easy access by car to centre of historic town in about 10 minutes. Very large room which was effectively a suite complete with small kitchen area. Really great staff in all areas - so friendly and helpful. Restaurant first class for its type with super food and service. Breakfast again superb, in a trendy open indoor space complete with vintage Ford Prefect. Perfect Dutch atmosphere (especially for one like me with a Dutch name although British). Definitely can recommend.

Room was somewhat dated, 1980s feel to bathroom for instance. Could do with modernisation which I dare say is planned anyway.

Outstanding. Large, spotlessly clean rooms, dog-friendly, great walks around the lake, excellent restaurant and universally superb staff. A rare find of such quality and great value. Thoroughly recommended.
