It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The place is furnished with new, clean and really comfortable things. The owners are really kind and helpful, they answered all of our questions in the quickest way. They prepared us a really good breakfast. We were able to stay only for one night but we wished we had more time to stay there. The village the hotel is located in is so beautiful, but it would be better to go there by car.

This property was not only exactly describes and pictured on the booking site but even better! A lot of though went into the planning and setting up of the rooms and facilities - even down to small floor level lights that helps with finding the path to the toilet in the middle of the night. The hostess sent a lot of helpful information prior to our stay and was on hand to welcome us and settle us in on arrival. A truly exceptional place to stay - could not recommend it more.

We had an incredible stay at this B&B! The accommodation was excellent—clean, cozy, and in a beautifully maintained village. Our host was extremely friendly, accommodating our dog with a warm welcome. She provided great tips for activities in the area, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and delicious, varied breakfast served each morning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The B&B is located in a nice quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to park my motorcycle at the backyard under the shed so it was dry in the morning (rainy day). The hosts were very friendly and forthcoming. Nice time at the pool in the evening and tasty breakfast in the morning. Great!

Large and very clean room with access to shared kitchen and tables (which we were happy to use). Super nice shower. Quiet surroundings. Easy to find. Good communication with Jeanette and her daughter. Generous breakfast. Excellent value for money, would return anytime, recommended to all. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

I strongly suggest to spend some time in La vita verde! Beautiful and cosy design, the bathroom was very spacious and has everything needed. We had full access to the kitchen and could make tea or coffe whenever we wanted to. Jeanette, the host, was the kindest and available, and also made for us a delicious breakfast each morning. I really felt like at home! :)

Nothing. We rented a car so that the position in a small town wasn't a problem. Anyway Susteren is quite near to every bigger city and was perfect to visit the south of Netherlands.

The attention to detail one would notice immediately.Jeanette is a perfectionist and makes sure everyone is happy and well taken care of. She even offered to iron the shirt of my son, free of charge!

The mattress in one room was on the wall next to the light switch and when in turned over in bed I turned the light on in the night.
