The staff is really friendly, the hotel is located in quite a quiet area, close to shops and the train station. The room had everything that you need, bed was super comfortable; inside the hotel, there is also good noise insulation, so you can sleep well.

Only minor things to improve the comfort, such as adding a curtain in the bathtub or a shelf in the bathroom to isolate dry towels from wet towels. Overall, I cannot complain.

Comfortable stay in a lower budget place. If you consider that it's not going to be extravagant and just meets your basic needs then you will be fine. The single room is small but it has everything you need. It's kept clean and is ideal for a short stay. Staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated. The hotel is next to the theatre and within walking distance of the central station and the city centre as well as shops and restaurants.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed. Room was tidy and bed comfortable.

The room was very warm and it wasn't even that hot outside. The toilet door was a saloon door and while it was a fun feature it didn't offer much privacy for friends travelling. But still, we had a very nice stay!!

Staff really looked after my elderly father during his five day stay. He was upgraded to a first floor room free of charge, as the Manager thought he would struggle to reach the second floor.

We were not aware that this hotel would be closed from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm every day. Once this was explained we worked around their opening hours, so apart from the first day it was not an issue for us.

The Hotel lays in a good Location which is very central in Sittard. You have good opportunities to reach it with by public transport.

The breakfast is was very simple, some „specials“ have missed. But all in all it was appropriate.

Very centrally located about a 5 minute walk from the station and the centre. Staff very friendly and supportive when I had an issue with the shower in my room not working, immediately gave me access to another room. My room was facing the rear so nice and quiet

The hotel was very clean and located in a very good area. Walking distance to the train station and shops.

The only minus they have that there is no kettle and iron in the room.

Room was comfortable Breakfast good choice of food Staff was flexibel, last day I had to leave early and they made breakfast to go. Everything was ready and I could leave through the back door.
