The breakfast was very diverse, with foods for every taste and diet. And the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant, bar and breakfast room were very cozy. A welcoming staff was always there to support the guests, as well.

The entrance of the parking lot from the hotel was not as clear as it could be. A bit hidden, almost like part of the staff entrance. Also, the facilities could be better, maybe add a sauna or pool would make the hotel more attractive to new visitors of Urmond.

Breakfast was very rich and diverse. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and immeditaley available to address our needs. There is a nice area in the hotel with several marine turtles.

Bathroom was missing hangers for towels. Although we selected the option with 1 full bed via booking.com, unfortunately we got a room with 2 twin beds. At the check-out we were told that this option was not visible to the hotel.

Close to Maastricht. Clean, well-appointed rooms, family-friendly. Our daughter loved the kids-only bathroom amenities. Our wishes for the room were taken into consideration. They have even put an extra bed free of charge, which we highly appreciated! The dinner buffet was ok, good breakfast.

Located next to a large chemical plant. The gym was closed both Saturday afternoon and Sunday ( Easter). Could have kept it open. It snot like you need staff there. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. I was sinking in the middle of the mattress and I am NOT heavy. My husband slept on an extra bed and that seemed to be more comfortable.

The exterior of the hotel is rather off-putting, but once inside it is another story. Our room was large, the beds very comfortable. And the bathroom floor was heated! We ate supper at the hotel and the service was 100% perfect. But then came the breakfast buffet. I have travelled a lot but this one was one of the best. Well presented with a large choice. There was even a waffle iron to make your own waffles,

The entrance was not clearly marked.

all good except the meaningless inner water pond in the lobby with the turtles that are used for decoration which is basically and totally abuse. these animals are constrained in an extremely small area, they are lacking physical light and they are suffering. they just don't have a voice. it should stop, we are not in the dark age.

Location, size of the room and facilities.

It’s currently undergoing construction and so a lot of open pipe work and wires walking to the room. Outside noise is also quite bad from the rooms (so you hear everyone in the passage etc).

Excellent evening dinner. We did try the 'menu of the day' (kablejauw). Generous portion, efficient service.

Absence of caretaking at the breakfast room. Many talks between colleagues of the hotel in front the eggs§bacon desk at high voice.

My food, asparagus was too soft, no taste, semas like it was cooked hrs before and just heat up in microwave. So disappointed w that, esp that i was craving to eat asperges🫣 And no extra pillows that we used the throw pillows...

Staff were excellent, room and bathroom all good.

Internet in the room was hit and miss, connection kept dropping out.

I really liked that pets are allowed and that there were no problems when they were barking. Also, it was easy to go outside with the dogs to take a walk with them. The breakfast was great with a lot of delicious food.
