It was definitely better than expected. Since it was rated as 3-star I didn't have high expectations. But it was very clean, tastefully decorated. There were a refrigerator, bottle water and tea/coffee. It was immaculately clean. My room was facing the street which had a lot of restaurants/bars. But all the noise ended after 12. so the street noise didn't impact my sleep. I will definitely stay there if end up in the area.

We loved the central location and the decoration of the room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and duvet. Check in via a machine was a first time but it worked like a charm. No breakfast room but many bakeries nearby.

We would have liked the opportunity to get a cold beverage from a machine or a mini bar. The curtains need to be renewed.

Great hotel. Possibly the nicest of my trip. Near all the shops. It had air conditioning, it was very modern, clean, and had everything I needed.

The only minor issue (and only with my small, single room) was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed-making it uncomfortable to run while resting. Also, I didn't see any outlets near the bed.

The rooms were lovely and well equipped. I would have liked some coffee sachets without crema for next time. The wifi signal was great. The rooms were cleaned and attended to daily. The steakhouse below ,where we ate on both nights, had excellent food and lovely ,friendly service. The self-check in and out was very clear and simple, great idea ! I thought the fact that there was no parking would be a bit of a faff, but there is a parking lot round the corner (2 mins walk) and it was only around 8euros for 24hrs The back rooms were quieter and had a balcony. The front rooms(only Juliet balcony) were noisier because above the restaurants , but nothing to stop you sleeping.

The only thing I can think of which would have made it better was if it had supplied breakfast somehow. Please note there is not a lift , but as long as you can manage 2 flights at most.

Very nice room in the middle.of Heinsberg

The pillows are terrible and we were sleeping next to a lighting billboard.... So the light was shining the whole time in our room...

Nice hotel just in the centre of Heinsberg with modern rooms. We stayed in one quite comfortable with a large double bed and a big bathroom. Check in was smooth with no need to visit a person in the reception. Every day cleaning was a great.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating

Lack of immediate parking close to the hotel meant a short walk to and from the car.

There is no breakfast service , but a bakery down the street . Parking was in the village no assigned parking at hotel

The room and bathroom are very clean, the cleaning lady came every day, beds were comfy! It's located in the center, so everything you need is reachable in couple of minutes walking.

Very great room & bathroom , very clean , lot of shampoos etc Very friendly owner! Also the restaurant at the hotel is great

We’ve booked a room with balcony but had a room without balcony, but our room was very beautiful , so not really something we didn’t like 😉
