Very comfortable bed! Good shower, good breakfast, nice staff. Great terrace for a drink and dinner. Sitting area had a good couch. All was very clean. I could put my bicycle inside in a safe spot. Very helpfull staff

The bed was on a loft under the roof. I don't like that because if you need to go to to the toilet at night you need to go down the stairs, with a sleep body and eyes, that were not very steep but not easy either. Also the loft was quite hot which makes sleeping less comfortable. Why not put the bed down and the sitting are up? And the toilet was very high. I'm not short, 1.69, but my feet were almost dangling.

We were returning to an area where we'd previously lived but had never visited the Burg before. We spent a comfortable night. Dinner and breakfast were lovely. The staff members were very helpful and accommodating to all the guests. We would rebook here if passing through again and would definitely consider staying longer.

Our Satnav dropped us on the main road at the bottom of the hill at the rear of the property. It took us a while to work out how to get up the hill in the car to the front of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great.

Second time staying here. Breakfast is fine, good coffe, fresh bread, variation of eggs, hams and cheeses, lovely dining area, etc. Room was cozy. Close to center, nice green areas, parks, small shops, restaurants and cafes. Personnel was amazing, I am definitely coming back :)

Breakfast could be more variable, I would appreciate more veggies (raw or roasted), smocked salmon, etc for the price. Except that small detail, everything was perfect!

The location next to the castle is of course fantastic but what i pressed me the most was the lady (Sandra?) at check-in: she knew i was arriving at 10 pm, after an intercontinental flight with a delay from Disseldorf airport so she just took me to my room saying “you must be very jet-lagged so don’t worry about the check-in: we’ll leave the paperwork till tomorrow morning. Have a good night, Sir” This was the smoothest and most perfect check-in I ever experienced, still grateful about her understanding of a traveler’s needs! And also a great breakfast on the terrace with excellent service 👍

Amazing views, excellent restaurant good parking very well appointed rooms with coffee and tea making facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming took time to show us to our rooms. Beds extremely comfortable.

Nothing to dislike about this place, excellent hotel.

Professional run hotel. Staff is outstanding and very helpful.

The hotel restaurant and bar service is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays! Not very attractive for staying there during those days. Rooms on top floor are attic loft style and not fit for elderly people. There are very steep stairs in the room to reach the loft! On top ventilation is absolutely a disaster and a severe heat builds up in the loft.

Everything. Not the 1st time here, so we knew what to expect. Superb all-around facilities and staff. Unfortunately, I was taken ill during my stay and had to cancel our second night. The reaction and subsequent action, by the manager, to my circumstances, could not have been bettered. He is superb employee and I add my personal thanks for all that he did for my wife and I. See you next year.

The hotel is excellent and location is perfect,all of the staff are very friendly and very helpful,a very warm welcome very dog friendly, excellent breakfast and restaurant is excellent, cannot find any thing to complain about.

Room locations not clear, if coming in through night door (No reception after 5pm) maybe a map to show NEW visitors where their room is located within the complex?
