New modern hotel 40 minutes from the center. Stylish room with central air conditioning. In the heat, I didn't even want to leave the room😆😆The beds are soft but comfortable. Cleaning every day

I didn't like it and I didn't go to the pool. Firstly, it's not included in the room rate. Secondly, you have to be naked there. I'm not a big fan of people, especially naked ones. But that's my problem, maybe you'll like it. Besides, you can't bring your phone into the pool, so I won't be able to brag to my friends.

Know the hotel quite well - have stayed there a few times - so knew what to expect - more or less. This time I have a few remarks.

Strange moment at checkout. Asked for an invoice. Was told they could not give me an invoice as I had booked via Booking.com - and their invoice might be for a different amount. Was also charged separately for tourist tax (euro 3). After I insisted they finally issued me with an invoice. I felt that I was being told I should not have booked direct. Previous occupants' toothpaste remains were still stuck to the sink. On arrival there was no light in the room - had to go back down to reception to get it sorted. Long waits for check-in, sort light issue and again for check-out.

Wow nice big hotel with all sports facilities. Nice big rooms, with all amenities, own coffee machines, etc.

The 5th floor walking area is utlised for 4th floor rooms. This is so much disturbing / noice if some one operate door / walk / rolling suitcase, baning Balls, etc. Sleep may get effected if in 4th floor.

I liked that there were activities on the site. I also liked the bunk beds provided in the family rooms and the extra storage spaces.

1.paying for parking as a hotel guest 2. Breakfast only starts at 8 am. 3. New towels not provided daily (kids sported and needed to shower)

Nice location in a sports precinct with easy access to transport. Supermarkets close by. Nice open layout with pleasant views from the upper floors.

No refrigerator in the room which was very inconvenient as we couldn't keep cold drinks and food at hand which we were used to doing in all our other stays. Enquired with management who advised no rooms had refrigeration available. Whilst the room was quite spacious it was sparsely furnished. No table to sit at or easy chairs to sit on to watch TV. Clothes storage facilities were minimal which meant leaving baggage on the floor. We had a six day stay and would not have booked there had we been clearly advised there was no refrigeration. Saying that it is not listed as a room facility is not acceptable. For a large modern hotel with a wellness facility attached it was very disappointing and have not experienced this in multiple other stays.

Nice rooms and good spa

Expensive drinks and to busy need more personal people do the best to make the customer happy but it’s really easy to see that the resources are on the low

Cleanliness. Comfort. Spa Facilities. Bar/Restaurant on Wellbeing Centre.

Extremely expensive taxi to train station. Paid 20 euro for 2km ride to Sittard train station although 27 km trip from Maastricht to the hotel cost me 60euro.

Convenient location and a great spa and sports facilities!

The mattresses were too soft and not supporting at all. Impossible to have sex on or have a decent sleep.

I was pleasantly impressed by everything I saw! I will definitely come back! I really liked the blanket and I think I will buy it when winter comes! Thank you very much for everything! 🙏💓

Amazing location, very friendly staff, As a vegan didn't have many options for breakfast and no options for lunch/dinner so i can't speak about their food. Overall very happy with everything else
