Lovely! A really nicely thought out setup. The room was so good. Modern and private with good facilities. Locally there is a huge choice of eateries but on a Sunday, not many options for grocery shopping.

The internet was very slow. I tried to watch TV and getting it going and keeping it on was incredibly frustrating. Black tea is a staple but the coffee and 2 milks were ok.

The beds were comfortable. It was also clean and enough linens and towels were provided. It also had all the necessary amenities like tv and kitchen.

The bed for the third guest was very unstable, it would collapse multiple times. Also the corridor is very noisy and the doors slam quite loudly.

Great airconditioning, friendly staff, clean room and good location.

The kitchen was very basic and could use some extra equipment (like a pair of scissors). The bathroom was VERY large, I would've made it smaller to have more space in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the restaurants, cafes and some of the museums. You have everything in the room to do everything you want (cooking, preparing coffee, cable TV...)

I think, there is only one thing that I can suggest. It could be very useful if there is a sign for the case of that we don't want room cleaning.

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood in which you can truly enjoy cuisines from different cultures. I also like the room that provides comfort and quietness.

I don't like the curtain in front of the door. It makes it very difficult to go out and still keep the curtain closed.

This place was very clean and comfortable! I was positively surprised after having read some of the average reviews. It was a good balance of privacy and access to what we needed. We traveled by bicycle and found it convenient. The breakfast was also very generous.

I think that it is a small or family run business and so the reception isn't open all the time. That being said, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room itself was very spacious and clean. Good location in a very pretty place. Lots of breakfast options nearby.

The building work that started super early and woke us up right outside our bedroom window!!

Decent room with good air conditioning, well equipped with large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

The shower could use a repair and a shower screen.

City House Genk is perfectly situated and has a nice room and ideal if you want to cook yourself. Also around the corner lost of options for restaurants.

Maybe one small point which could be optimised. The two beds can't be connected easily and since the wheels dont lock easily the beds go apart

The biggest inconvenience, from my point on view,I stayed in room 20. However, there it was a funny smell, it might be just me being sensitive, I couldn't figure out if it was from inside or outside
