We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

Location was great, very close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants. There is a paid parking space for hotel and free spaces for short periods. You are lucky if you stay there on saturday because city parking is free that night. Electric car charging is also available accross the street and many parking spaces in 5min walk. Staff are lkind and nice people. You may checkin remote and get key to mobile. I have prefered traditional method but they have this option.

Listed facility spa is not in this hotel, it is in sister hotel nearby. There was a smell at the entry but room was OK. All the other things was just great.

The room was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The location within Genk, was local to shops and restaurants and not far from the railway / bus station. Breakfast offered a variety of foods and coffee, tea and juices. Helpful staff at reception as well as in the restaurant.

friendly and helpful staff. I asked to borrow a kettle and was immediately given one. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The location by the station and at the heart of the city center is highly convenient.

the design of the “do not disturb” label is so similar on both sides that it is difficult to visually identify if the room should be cleaned or not. (successful examples use visual clues, such as icons with a person sleeping or green and red. not that I didn’t like this, just a usability improvement suggestion.

The hotel's location is excellent, central but quiet, right next to a park. Even though it's on the street, parking isn't a problem.

A double bed consists of two single beds joined together and unfortunately this is not very comfortable.

Good facility in general met my expectations I think it could do with coat of paint on outside at entrenched and attending to sewage smell on level 4 Thank you

The staff were great as we checked in late. Managed to get a beer as well. The room was clean and comfortable,

Limited parking with a height restriction. We only just got through with the SUV.

Bed was not comfy, difficult sleeping Receptionist booked taxi for Saturday evening, with return. OK on way there Taxi did not turn up as raanged for return. Fortunately another taxi from different company brought us back, together with his own passengers. I was not happy having asked the Hotel specifically to book return trip

The location was excellent. In front of the train station and around the corner from the commercial center.

The door was not sound proof, and we could hear when people were walking down the hall.
