We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

Location was great, very close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants. There is a paid parking space for hotel and free spaces for short periods. You are lucky if you stay there on saturday because city parking is free that night. Electric car charging is also available accross the street and many parking spaces in 5min walk. Staff are lkind and nice people. You may checkin remote and get key to mobile. I have prefered traditional method but they have this option.

Listed facility spa is not in this hotel, it is in sister hotel nearby. There was a smell at the entry but room was OK. All the other things was just great.

friendly and helpful staff. I asked to borrow a kettle and was immediately given one. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The location by the station and at the heart of the city center is highly convenient.

the design of the “do not disturb” label is so similar on both sides that it is difficult to visually identify if the room should be cleaned or not. (successful examples use visual clues, such as icons with a person sleeping or green and red. not that I didn’t like this, just a usability improvement suggestion.

Bed was not comfy, difficult sleeping Receptionist booked taxi for Saturday evening, with return. OK on way there Taxi did not turn up as raanged for return. Fortunately another taxi from different company brought us back, together with his own passengers. I was not happy having asked the Hotel specifically to book return trip

I liked everything at the stay.Really clean and the staff was great.The location is a top spot too.I recommend it and I hope I am abled to visit it again. -Emily Hedeyar

The staff were great as we checked in late. Managed to get a beer as well. The room was clean and comfortable,

Limited parking with a height restriction. We only just got through with the SUV.

Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. But I have to give personal thanks to Luciano (like the singer Pavarotti). When my arrival was delayed, he went out of his way for me on check in.

Only addition I would suggest would be a fridge. It's warm outside this time of year.

The location was excellent. In front of the train station and around the corner from the commercial center.

The door was not sound proof, and we could hear when people were walking down the hall.

Location, bathroom. I also like that there was a work chair and table and a mini dining with 2 chairs. Also it was clean and it was cleaned everyday. Good use of available space also.

I requested for a double bed as I was traveling with my husband and it was confirmed I will get it but I ended up with two single beds, feels weird to have our beds shifting aside when sleeping :(

Everything else was fine. I'd suggest they provide slipers in the room as the bathroom floor was very cold.

The parking was a bit confusing. On the space we parked there were plates numbers (i guess they were private parking)the receptionist told us to remove the car by 9am which was OK because in the end we didn't but no one said anything.
