We absolutely loved this place. It was booked specifically to be convenient for the Muziekgieterij venue where we were attending an event, as it is very conveniently located for this, but would actually recommend for any future visits to Maastricht. The staff member who checked us in was absolutely lovely and fluent in both English and German (the couple checking in before us were German), gave us loads of hints and tips about the city. Our room was fantastic - lovely modern design with exposed brickwork, large with a big comfortable bed, good bathroom and even an outside terrace.

- No separate toilet available; it’s one big room - Steep stairs, this can be inconvenient. We did not mention it to the staff beforehand, but we brought a baby along and had to carry some luggage up and down. Perhaps communication could have prevented this issue from our side. - No separate breakfast room

Walking distance from the city center and parking nearby. Large rooms, well equiped (stylish), comfortable beds. Free coffee/water and a honesty bar downstairs Breakfast is served in the room. as Maastricht has tens of nice breakfast places, I would recommend not to take breakfast in the room. Tip: ask for a room in the back. The street is rather noisy if you want to sleep with the window open. If you don't than there's no issue as they are well insulated. Price/quality it's a top ^pick

This is exactly what you'd expect from the listing :-). A quirky, individual hotel run by an enthusiastic owner who is very keen to help and look after you. It was easy to walk into the city (in our case, to see André Rieu), and all was good. We got exactly what we were hoping for.

It *is* a pity the WiFi wasn't working when we stayed (not the owner's fault, but maybe upgrade to a higher service level with the ISP?). The lights and power socket arrangement in the room was a little bit "obscure" too. But really I'm scraping the barrel here!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Every room is immaculately styled and furnished. Spotlessly clean and sumptuously comfortable. I had the rubber room, honestly slept better here than I do at home! Kevin was lovely, really welcoming and full of info, but not at all intrusive. I walked to this hotel from the train station, it took me 15 minutes with luggage. An easy walk through the town and Market Square. I booked this hotel because I was attending a gig at the Muziekgieterij, it's about a 5 minute walk away. I saw some comments about the open-plan bathroom. It is open plan but not totally exposed. If sensitive that way, I'd suggest you contact the hotel directly when you book with any requests. I didn't have breakfast due to other plans, but it was offered, and I can only imagine it would have been as lovely as everything else.

I had to go home! (But I will go back!)

Clean and large room, comfortable bed. Excellent location to the main square. We were able to leave our bags and the host even brought them up the steep staircase for us once the room was ready.

The floors were SO loud anytime someone walked so I prepared myself for a long night, however, nobody seemed to make much noise throughout the night so all was good. Could be a problem with noisy upstairs neighbors.

I loved that it was funky and different. The room was overly spacious with a big bathroom as well. The hotel was small which is a plus in my opinion. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. There was a cool little breakfast area downstairs that had supplies that you could buy using an honour system. Location was great. Close to the market square and good shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

A little more lighting as the room was a bit dark.

Great location, staff and rooms. It's a small hotel, that really gives out a local feel so to speak. Great customer service, staff stayed longer, just to accomodate our arrivel, that was an hour later then expected.

Minibar being a bit noisy, but that was easily canceled by unplugging it.

The room was amazing. Very spacious. Given ground floor room as requested due to mobility issues. Breakfast very very good. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Ideal location for shopping and restaurants. Will definitely return in 2026.

The decoration was cute, very comfortable bed and the staff was really nice ! They also gave us a lot of food recommendations and we went to two restaurants they suggested and it was awesome ! And the location was superb !

A little cold in the room but we managed and the wifi wasn‘t working for me !
