I was on room only basis. Room very clean, adequate and whilst I appreciate it was a v busy time with Andre Rieu in town, for a 2 star hotel it was expensive. The biggest problem was incredible heat and humidity at night although the fan helped a little. Great Staff, really friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Difficult to say when it’s a basic hotel and no idea how you solve heat/humidity in a room in the roof! But air con would have been great!

Really really great location, the plaza it was in had the carnival marching bands going through it which was super fun. The room was very clean and had new-looking furniture. Hotel part of the building has it's own separate door for entering/leaving so you don't have to go through the bar all the time, really good one. Staff was very nice, quick on checkin/out process. I was able to leave my bag in the hotel before the room was ready which helped a lot, they have a storage room that is locked by the staff.

I was early to checkin-time, the hotel entrance was in the bar which was a bit chaotic to checkin/out due to the bar preparing for the carnival event, tho staff was very nice and did everything quite fast.

Amazing location, in the heart of Maastricht, really cozy and room, all for a penny! Nice restaurant below, sweet staff etc All in all this is my go to place to stay when I visit Maastricht. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The housekeeping ladies could be more careful, one of them walked into my room without knocking first, thankfully I was fully dressed; Because of the small corridors the sound does travel easily into your room but I never had big problems with it, once the other guests get into their room, is quiet again. For the rest the place is fantastic.

Staff is always very nice, both for hotel and for restaurant/bar. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Try the food in the restaurant too, it's delicious!

The room is quite small, and in the bathroom, the curtain around the shower could better be replaced by a solid glass wall in order to not turn the bathroom into a pool when taking a shower. Breakfast is qite good, but it could do with some more choice. Also better bread rolls (brown) would be nice.

Excellent location. I appreciate the fact that I slept well—it only happens when the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I particularly appreciated the value for money.

The room was a bit cramped, probably because I got a single-bedroom, but the use of space was efficient. I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom, and I couldn’t understand why there were two identical photos hanging on the wall but it was funny, no big deal.

Excellent location close to the main shopping streets and Andre Rieu concert at Vrijthof Square. Digital keys for outside and room doors were a great bonus. Incredible staff, warm, friendly and happy staff. Good English and local tourist knowledge. Excellent breakfast menu. The attached restaurant serves drinks and good food all day. Desserts pies are delicious.

Location is wonderful. Great sound proofing, our room was quiet despite the bells and bustle of the square. Restaurant below is really good and the staff there are nice.

Rooms are quite small. Check in at the restaurant is a bit awkward, standing there with our big bags while people eat and waiters hurry past with full trays of food and drink. Had a hard time contacting the hotel when my flight was cancelled and I had to change dates.

I greatly appreciated the hotel's excellent location in the city center. The staff is very helpful.

My room was quite small and the bathroom was very small, so every time I took a shower, water was all over the bathroom.In summer, it can also be very hot in the room, as it is not equipped with air conditioning, only a small fan.

The hotel is very conveniently located right on the main square. Our room had a little balcony, which we did not use, however I imagine it being lovely in the summer.

The ceiling gave us a bit of an office vibe..... and the slightly see through bathroom wall which was directly in front of our beds was something I would recommend only to couples who know each other well and are comfortable hearing each other use the toilet.

Fantastic location in the main square surrounded by open air cafes, bars and restaurants. It's about 20 minutes very pleasant walk across the town and river. Lots of shopping in the area too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are above the restaurant, with great views across the main square. The room had an electric fan, very useful as it was extremely hot outside. The room was small but everything there that I needed. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice of very good quality products. I would definitely stay here again.
