Nice comfortable room , though it was a double bed it really was 2 single beds put together with separate duvets for each person ,high ceilings ,good tea and coffee making facilities .carpeted .Location was good in the town centre but still not too long a walk from the train station. Good sized bathroom .Nice air con ,good WIFI .Friendly staff .

It would have been nice to have 2 pillows as pillows were very squishy .A easy chair in the room would have been good but we just sat on our beds. First night there street was quiet , second night was quite noisy .

The location in close proximity to two large squares was perfect. We were able to see the Vreihof Square Friday Market set up and wander the stalls with such amazing fresh food choices. The following fish and cheese stalls were mouth watering. Around this square were great cafes for people watching and find. Our favorite was The Capital, whose fruit crepes were delicious. The close proximity of this hotel to so many venues made this a great choice.

This hotel is a gem. From book in, the team were incredible giving me a room next to my Mum. They could not do enough. This is a gem of a hotel in an incredible location in a wonder city. The breakfast team deserve a special shout out, looking out for my Mum while I went for my morning run. The breakfast overlooking the main square - come on! Super comfortable rooms, really wonderful hotel.

Interesting old hotel with history and charm, set in the most convenient location in Maastricht. Good service. Decent breakfast with windows overlooking the Vrijthof Square.

There was no exhaust or circulation from the bathroom. The whole room had to be opened up to air out any unwanted smells. This worked for me because the weather was good but I can imagine this not working in the winter.

Location is great. Comfortable rooms but a bit old fashioned. The bed was very comfortable. I like the tile design in the shower. Plays off the original tiles you see in the lobby of the hotel.

Room decor and the hotel is old fashioned. I like the fact it’s an old building but I feel it could be updated in a way which makes it feel modern but retains the original features.

It was the first hotel where I've been to that was silent! The staff was super nice, and the room was clean. It was all very pleasant.

The Wi-Fi for sure, it was very bad. Not sure if it was because my room was rather secluded, but still. Do not go there if you need to work from the hotel room.

Location of Hotel was excellent for shops, restaurants, bars and sight seeing, it was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and pleasant, breakfast was at a reasonable cost with a variety of items available.

The shower room/toilet area although adequate I felt was a bit small, although if I had been staying longer than the weekend I would have upgraded to a different room. And a trivial thing really, there was no Sauces available to go with the cooked breakfast, which I though was strange as all the surrounding restaurants have various sauces to go with your meal.

I stayed here for a professional course and exam for a week. The place is perfectly located in the centre next to a grocery store, heaps of eateries and some great cafés to study at. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room itself was perfectly cozy.

Not much to complain about, it is really quaint.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL . WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS . EASY TO GET TO ROOM LIFT WAS GREAT . RESTAURANT RIGHT NEXT TO ENTRANCE

position, I reserved a standard room and I got a premium one, macarons on the table, coffee and tee.... and products! I really enjoyed this hotel! nice and discrete staff

maybe the only plus would be a small fridge to keep fresh water in the room, but everything was perfect!
