House was new and clean and outdoor games for Kids were fine

The booking description of the house was ok appart that household linen was included. But I had to pay more than 80€ additional for that and tax... Communication was very bad as I was receiving all emails in Dutch via booking and none of the web links sent were functionning. The enveloppe we received at the entrance was fully in Dutch. Normally I mentionned that I am French and I speak english. The indoor swimming pool was closed during the week. Beds not comfortable

Excellent property that had all we needed for the length of stay. I did feel like the start of the season as some facilities were not available or were limited such as the bar / restaurant. Wi-Fi was better than anticipated . Location for exploring the national park was good and cycling routes off road were many starlight from the park.

There was no blind at the kitchen window so privacy on an evening was limited as anyone passing could see straight into the kitchen and lounge area.

we had a view on (and direct access to) a dense wood of pine trees, which was great and unexpected (it is the case only for a minority of bungalows). The facilities are really new (or well kept) and make the stay very comfortable. The location is beautiful in itself thanks to the National Park; it is also close to large towns (Maastricht is nearby, Liége and Leuven not much farther); in roughly one hour drive one gets to some of the loveliest towns in the Ardennes, to Christmas markets like those in Cologne and Düsseldorf, and to the racing cuircuit of Spa-Francorchamps)

regretful that they didn't manage to fit in a washing machine for longer stays. The mattress covers (the fabric sheets between the mattress and the bedlinens) don't seem to be changed frequently, since we found them quite dusty and slightly unclean. Else we had nothing to complain about.

The accommodation was very new, clean and spacious. We stayed for 6 days and five nights. Had a comfortable stay and comfortable sleep. The kitchen had all the utilities to prepare our own meals. There is a super market 6 minutes drive from the place. Each unit had its own dedicated car park right next to the unit which was very convenient when loading and unloading.

There was a strong sewage smell in the dedicated toilet. We decided to just use the toilet in the attached bathroom. Nothing major. Not many activities and facilities here as compared to Centre Parc in Terhill which is close by but that's almost double the price so it's still a good value for the money here.

Good location, clean and large

Had to pay extra for bedsheets, no problem but tell in advance so we could pay by booking so our guests did not had to pay this cash at the premisses... we would like to pay that for our guests

excellent facilities for both adults and children. a good nights sleep every night as the beds were so comfortable and the shower was powerful and water temp perfect for all of us.

food at the on site restaurant could have been better had to return a very tough steak and a burger which was very under cooked,

The atmosphere is wonderful. The park is connected to nature, where you find yourself living in the heart of the forest.

The lighting is very dim in the park streets, not suitable for walking in the evening in winter, the swimming pool is about 12 minutes away by car.

The park was very clean, quiet and with a very good location. It was really easy to get every where. The staff was nice, the house well equipped and comfortable.

It is not what we did not like but what we would recommend: it would be very helpful if the houses already had a seasoning kit (with salt, olive oil, vinager and pepper for example) so that people who will spent just a few days would not need to buy a big amount from stores.

very nice clean park, welcoming staff. everything you need . different types of accommodations for every liking. Stayed in Belsano 6. loved it. everything was very clean. went here off season so not too crowded. I reckon in the summer months it can be very noisy.

Modern accommodations with everything one might need on a trip away from home. We usually cook ourselves when we travel and we were pleased to find an almost fully equipped kitchen. The environment was quiet and peaceful and there were two play areas for the kids. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay. They were happy to accommodate us for more time. They had WiFi in the accommodation as well which we were happy to find since on booking.com it said there is no WiFi.

Short check-in times. Coming from Germany by car we were worrying whether we would get there on time. Thankfully we did but it would be nice to not have to worry about getting there on time.
