Hotel was in a lovely location and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Rooms were decent size and well furbished but lacked "wow" factor in my opinion.

Missed small things like a safe in the room, shampoo and hand cream, which are standard in decent 4 star hotels. The atmosphere in the hotel was too quite - probably due to layout of reception and lack of interaction of guests. Room cleaning team replaced towels after 1 night even though we did not put the towels on the floor or asked for them to be replaced - therefore not environmentally friendly. Did not leave large towels so had to call for another towel.

room number 06 is excellent, with the parking of our car just in front of the room. There are small thing not so good. Bed lamps shine only to the sealing or in your face. You cannot read a book. There is no working light above the table, You cannot do your business administration, to less illumination . The shaving mirror, in the bathroom is useless. Fix it to the wall and the problem is solved.

A really nice hotel. The room was good with air conditioning, a fridge, an iron and ironing board and a nice bathroom with a large shower. There is a free car park for the hotel. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were nice.

There was a rave on one of the nights next to the hotel with boom-boom music all night until the early morning. It sounded like someone hitting the floor with a hammer. I asked for the quietest room but was given one facing the rave.

The location is perfect between the village, the thermes and the parc. The building is really charming but clean and modern nevertheless. The people are helpful

1) You should pay for the parking while lot of parking in the neighborhood ar free. 2) The restaurant is a bit disappointing for the service (don't forget to smile) and the wine matching. Not so far from a real gastronomy restaurant

We had a lovely spacious room. Breakfast was also quite nice and offered a variety of choices.

Upon arrival we wanted to catch a “light” dinner in the hotel restaurant. When we were given the menu we realized that only a 3-4 course meal was provided. We asked if we could only order a starter and we were told “yes”. When our starters arrived they were rather large portions, only to find out later that they made them larger to make them a meal, hence charging us more than we realized we would be. It was a nice meal but not what we expected or wanted.

The bathrooms #309 # 311 are next to each other. Particular to hear your neighbour having his shower in the morning… No more lights in the evening on the way from the parking to the main entrance.

The room was comfortable and well equipped; breakfast was decent; the whole property is very picturesque.

I got the room below the ground level so I had zero view. I also find parking cost too expensive for such a remote place.

The hotel is modern and truly beautiful. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and I would also recommend having a dinner there.

Staff at the reception could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The hotel kindly upgraded our room, which was such a sweet gesture. The mattress was amazing, and I had a really good night’s sleep. Perfect location to explore surroundings!
