I found all the hotel staff exeptionally polite and friendly and client oriented. The beds are soft and you fall asleep there immediately. The tempretature in room is very comfortable. Everything is clean. Parking is big and free, breakfast is delicious. Very warm, hospitable, cosy and comfortable place. I hope I will come there again next year.

We didn't find out, how to switch off the light in the bathroom. But this is a really minor thing, the hotel is exceptionnaly good.

So nice to stay here! Great restaurant, both at breakfast and a la carte for lunch or dinner. Everything we tried was fantastic. Five starts to the Ceasar Salad and the omelet! ;) Extra friendly and helpful staff in all areas (reception, restaurant etc). It felt like the staff really went beyond all potential expectations we could ever have to help us and to give us an extra ordinary service! Couldn't be more satisfied in theese areas. Thank you again!

Only negative thing was that it was a bit noisy from the restaurant when we needed to sleep.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. The self check in very easy and the staff very helpful, as the wifi was not working with the password provided, but after contacting them they provided me with a new one for another network. Very nice to have hair conditioner in the shower, really helpful!! Breakfast was also delicious and even though it looked quite small, it had everything you need,including traditional belgian food.

The air conditioner had a broken button and you could not switch between cold and hot. In the end it wasn't really needed, as the temperature was optimal, but would be helpful to have it fully functional.

Everything, friendly , happy, good recommendations, food excellent, caring not only the word but meaning. I had the most amazing weekend , from catastrophic beginning on my travelling, they just made my weekend incredible. I would most definitely come back there and would highly recommend to go there..... so comfi I forgot to take some pictures from the room and bathroom

UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE NOT ABLE TO REACH THE HOTEL AS WE HAD AN ACCIDENT ON THE WAY. I RANG THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND AGREED TO KEEP THEM INFORMED IF THE SITUATION PREVENTED US FROM REACHING THEM. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CONSIDERING “CANCELLATION WAS NOT PERMITTED”, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS BOOKING. BIG THANK YOU TO THEM, AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO AND STAY WITH THEM NEXT TIME I GO TO THE AREA.

Great location, quiet in the evening. Large well equipped room and very good breakfast.

Doors to the rooms need some form of cushioning as the banging of doors is awful. Staff on reception not very polite. Difficult to park when busy.

A very good hotel which exceeded our expectations in every sense. Food and drink selection was excellent and the staff were so friendly and could not have done more for us. Restaurant was of high quality and reasonably priced.

this was my first time in Europe and the staff at the hotel was so kind and spoke multiple languages to assist in local dining and site seeing. So grateful we found this little gem!

Air conditioning for the one week it was actually hot.

Really nice facilities, nice room and brilliant staff. Free parking which is rarity these days.

Only disappointment was very poor air-conditioning which was basically not cooling the room at all and I couldn't sleep because of that.

It was a well equipped and modern hotel room with very comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice of Belgian items :) Staff was very Helpful as well.

It was difficult to find as it changed name. The old name Belfleur is still displayed and I was looking for Hotel de Boskar so i was a little confused.
