The fact that I did a wire transfer, gave proof of the wiring from my Bank account (SEPA Rule in Europe: a wire transfer MUST be instantly, from any bank to any Bank, they can however set the valuta value on a few days later, the money however is instantly on the other account). The hotel Management did not accept it, because SEPA is a Rule, IF the Bank engages to it (it is voluntary, but if you engage, you must follow the rule).. So I paid twice... They did, however, return the money in cash before I left. They work with a french bank... that says it all...

Very good location, bright and comfortable room, big bathroom. Really friendly and helpful staff. Free water and coffee, this is really great. In general - this is a really lovely hotel, furthermore, they allow having dogs here. Also, I value an early breakfast possibility.

Same breakfast every day, nobody could make a cocktail in a bar, though cocktails were on a menu. Cleaning staff does not leave the promised 5 euros coupons when you ask not to clean your room. Apart from that, I really don't know what to complain about.

What can I say, other than to repeat that I feel at home here? I now stayed 10+ times at this hotel. And the people are just so friendly and forthcoming. I am a disabled person in a wheelchair, and no hotel can tip at the accessibility this hotel has. There is ALWAYS free coffee of any kind or hot chocolate, tea, etc. Rooms are top clean, any problem is immediately addressed, with kindness and professionality.

There is not anything to not like. it is just perfect.

The location was good, I could reach the places I wanted by walking 15 minutes max. The bed was very comfortable and the light switch were good placed, it didn't have to get out of the bed to turn them off. The bathroom was really nice too, the shower was my favorite.

Either the walls are too thin or the doors close too hard as the wall would shake every time the person next door would get out or inside the room. I suggestion would be to offer snacks at the bar or something food-related, and I didn't have many options for dinner.

The breakfast was lovely and I loved the tea and coffee making facilities that was available 24/7 a great option. My daughters particularly enjoyed the hot chocolate. The location of the hotel was perfect and was central to visiting Hasselt. We would definitely visit again if we return to Hasselt The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent, a superb shower!!

The room was a little warm and we struggled with the air conditioning. Also downstairs in reception was also uncomfortably warm at times.

This is the ever best hotel I stayed in, and I stayed in hundreds. As a handicapped person, I don't know any hotel in which I can move this easy with my wheelchair. It is simply exemplary!

I sleep very light, so the noise of the AC, keeps me awake, but I can turn it off, which I discovered. So it was in fact my ignorance.

The breakfast was delicious, though with limited variety. The room was cozy, and the location was excellent—just steps away from a large parking area. The staff was very friendly, and check-in was super quick.

Nothing major, but the on-site parking was a bit tricky to use due to its small size, so I couldn’t park there.

The hotel offers many rooms and is well located. The rooms are clean, pleasantly designed, they are small but functional. It's a really good value for money hotel.

During the day, the A/C kept turning off. There was no possibility to open the window of the room, which resulted in a stuffy atmosphere during the day. It is not ideal for home office.

The location was excellent, it is 14 min from railway station and to the opposite direction 14 min to the University! Room very spacious, cleaned every day, was very quiet. Good bathroom.

Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was not enough, the shower worked in a pulsating mode. But that probably coincided with the time of day when most people use it. If you (as I) like to sleep with open window, check if it is not locked with a key (you have to ask for it, first night I didn't knew).

The hotel staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were traveling with our two dogs who also appreciated the dog beds provided in our room. Not every hotel that allows pets actually feels like they care about them as well, but the B&B team certainly does. Thanks for a lovely stay!
