Especially the hospitatlity of the personnel was extraordinary!

The receptionists were really nice and helpful and spoke English really well. Cozy interior in the lobby. Great location 5 minutes on foot to the city center. Also nice bars and cafes nearby.

The design of the hotel is questionable, I mean the walls and colours. Besides, I didn't like that near the elevator there is an always open door to kitchen. I didn't like the clothes "wardrobe" which is a metal cage. The room was not cleaned every day, but every 2 days.

The close proximity to the city center make it a nice place to explore Hasselt. The room was a good value for a solo traveler as well. The staff was friendly enough to park my bike within the hotel in a safe place.

There was some public music going in front of the hotel, and even with the window closed, it could still be heard quite well, better sound isolation of the room would be great. The door of the shower had also some minor gaps, but enough to make a puddle in front of the shower that needs to evaporate, as there is no drain there.

Great location and affordable prices. The cabins are good for one person with very comfortable beds, and lots of storage. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Do be aware that the shower runs over quickly. The cabins do not have any divider between de bedroom and bathroom (for me this was no issue)

Very convenient location, modernly designed, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants in 5min walking, parking at 10min walking, central but quiet neighborhood

A thin door insted of curtain for the toilet would be nicer (but it was clearly mentioned at the rooms description that the bathroom is "in suite" so we knew before booking)

-Well not speaking any French at all and having a wonderful receptionist via phone and at desk communicating extremely well was a delight and to add she presented me with a glass of bubbly, which was definitely needed after the long trip from from London.

Well my room was terribly cold, so had to make an exchange with my son, so I do feel the temperature thermat should be flexible for everyone.

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. Thank you to the staff for helping me to fill my flask each morning. The black on the outside helped me to find the hotel in an unfamiliar city. Hasselt is a very nice city.

The black decor on the inside wasn't really to my taste but was original for sure.

the price 210.- per night is too high, which means for me they rise prices when demand is high :) it is not worth 210.- meaning the bed you cant access from 2 sides for example so always one needs to climb over

The division of room was creative, and took good use of the space. The bed was comfortable, and had nicely positioned electric outlets around, with practical "nighttables" on the wall. Worked very well for those who travel alone.

The remote for the television was either not working anymore, or the bateries were dead. The cabinet reminded me more to a chicken cage than an actual cabinet, and due to its position is made leaving the room a bit awkward (especially with a big backpack).
