When you get to the hotel no possibility to leave the car in a temporary place for check in and not even normal parking place very close, a bit uneasy situation therefore the only option is the enter in the garage, very close and convenient but rather expensive, 21 euro 1 night and not suggested while the booking

Near the center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Decaf coffee. Although scrambled eggs might have been from the bottle or powder. Apart from the smell at the beginning, large rooms, we had a good night sleep. Parking was at the hotel - paid - but I did not use it, entry WAY to narrow and curvy, so I did not try to fit in. So I parked in one of the streets at the near harbour.

At first, when we walked into the room, we could smell cigarettes a lot. Even though not smoking room. It went away later, or we got used to it. I do not know what that was. We also stayed for one night, so this was not that annoying.

Not as good as we are used to get in other hotels.... not enough variety.

There were too many people during our stay. We had invited our sons to stay in the hotel and we were suppose to pay for all. But the reception had made one of our sons to pay for his room. Which made the situation embarrassing for us. As my son didn't tell us about it till Christmas.... We made the booking on my husband's name with his credit card....

Very comfortable stay: spacious room, extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff, central location and excellent breakfast.

The shower leaked - a LOT - onto the bathroom floor (not really a problem for guests, but surely a pain for the staff…) and the water temperature was not exactly steady.

Another stay at this hotel. We are very satisfied with the service and reception management. We had a problem with noise from the radiators and they immediately upgraded us to a much more comfortable and quiet room. They are always available for any questions. Pleasant service in the bar and restaurant. We are planning a third visit in March.

Didn’t like that there was no parking available at the hotel. There was separate parking that belonged not them but was just beneath the hotel which was convenient. It was just pricey.

Clean and presentable, good location and parking underground. Nice area near the dock area and close to the town. Good location and staff were friendly.

Restaurant was fairly expensive, we didn't eat there because of this. And it was closed early on the Sunday after we arrived.

It’s convenient, right in the centre of town but on edge so easy to drive to. Parking is in secure hotel area underneath the hotel in a Q-Park garage. Good was lovely. We chose the game menu, desert was also delicious. Room warm & cosy, warm lighting , good shower and very clean overal. We will come again. Staf was engaging but at the same time professional . Thanks for having us.

The room was nice, the hotel is very well located and the receptionist at the front desk went out of her way to see which bakeries were open on a sunday!

The parking under the hotel is rather expensive. The alternative parking at the Blue Boulevard is much better value for money and is just across the street.

Hotel is located in the heart of Hasselt, which is a lovely little city to explore on foot. Good location and modern feel to the hotel. We had a newly refurbished family room, which had been done to a high standard and was very comfortable. Hotel was friendly and easily accessible. They even had a conference room with a free bouncy castle for the kids, which was well used.

Booked for the pool and this is the one aspect that lets the hotel down - pool and spa area very tired and needing refurbishment. In no way comparable to the rest of the hotel. We drove and the parking, below the hotel, whilst hard to find the entrance was clean and easily accessible. Word of warning though; it is not owned by the hotel and very expensive to use. We hadn't booked breakfast to be included. Children eat free but quoted price over over 30 euros per adult, so no idea how good the breakfast was as this seemed an excessive price, so we ate elsewhere (to be fair, no where in Hasselt appears cheap to eat).
