Great location, friendly and polite staff. Room was spotelessly clean and well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine was there with capsules, but tea set was missing. TV was big and internet was more less stable. Toilet was really clean with showering gel of good quality. Breakfast was really good with variety of hot and cold dishes and fresh juices.

Rooms with balcony are more expensive, but probably also better. There are two elevators depending which type of room you opt for. According to hallways difference is noticable so I imagine the same situation applies for rooms. In our regular room mattress was too soft so my back really hurt which is a huge minus. Finally, unpon arrival I asked for two pairs of slippers, which were kindly provided, but they seemed to be quite expensive ones since hotel charged me 10 euro per pair of disposable slippers. I have never encountered that in my life in any of 120 hotels I visited, but I did not want to argue since I was happy with other things and accounted for this as stupidity tax :) on my part. I am not sure if I will come back, but that it was overall realitively good experience,

All areas were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and well cared for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well appointed and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food and service was superb. It was close to all shops, restaurants and places of interest.

Due to the number of people having breakfast it was quite difficult to access the buffet bar. Although it was nice to have the staff serve the hot drinks it was sometimes difficult for them to keep up with requests. Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own car park. Parking was available quite close by but involved a bit of a walk with luggage.

The hotel itself is a beautiful and luxurious building ideally located near the train station and city centre. The service was impeccable. Upon learning about my late arrival, I received a really kind email and the night reception tended to my every need and even adapted breakfast and check out time to assure I would get a good night’s rest. The room was extremely spacious and very nicely decorated, immaculate, came with little extras like water and chocolates in the mini fridge and - most importantly -the most comfortable, heavenly bed (felt like home)! The staff in the restaurant was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, all fresh and well taken care off.

I really regretted having to leaving this wonderful place. Will for sure return to this hotel next time!

Room was modern European styled and very comfortable. Complimentary bottled water, chocolates and an apple every day. Beautiful bathroom. Sufficient power outlets at convenient spots. Excellent breakfast with wide range of choices in a beautiful restaurant. It's nice to see a hotel with personality vs the blandness of chain hotels.

The air conditioner in my room (27) would at low fan speeds "whine" a bit, setting it to a higher speed resolved it. And the shower area had no door, as a result quite a bit of water found its way into the main bathroom area or ends ups soaking the floor towel. But this is easily resolved by keeping the floor towel asides and using it to mop up the excess water on the floor after showering.

Convenient location within a walking distance to the train station and a shopping area. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. Varied food choices for breakfast and delicious suggestions for everyone. The hotel is extremely clean and well-mantained. The studio was spacious and nicely designed. I would definitely choose the hotel again in the future.

Bathroom has transparent glass walls. Adjustments need to be made when traveling with family or friends to ensure privacy.

Clean, comfortable twin room. Had a good nights sleep. Rooms were quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast. Had dinner here too which we enjoyed. There was an issue with my son’s meal which they dealt with very well. I would stay here again should I return to Hasselt.

Nothing to dislike

Very nice hotel. Friendly staf, beautiful clean room. Although located in the city center, very quiet room. The best breakfast (a la carte) ever! Thanks for the hospitality and a great stay!

Just two things: how to operate te safe? Probably with the keycard, but we only got one and that's in use for the roomlights? So if you want to use the safe, it has to be done in the dark? I checked in online, but at arrival my partner also needed to check in? That was not clear at the online check-in. And felt a bit embarrassing. Therefor 9 out of 10.
