The view from the roof top bar was my absolute highlight. It was beautiful. The rooms were average, the hotel itself looks abit upkeep. The carpets in the hallway look dirty and its dark. The room was basic and felt cold, not cozy or comfy. The room did not look welcoming. The entrance area and restaurant were good, the breakfast was great and the salad I had at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. THEY REALLY WENT ALL OUT TO ASSIST ME.

The hallways looked run down and the room was not comfortable or cozy. While laying in my bed, sometime opened the door with key card and walked in with a clipboard. Probably thinking the room was empty, what if I was using the bathroom or showering.

I have stayed in Radisson hotels before but this one was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom floor heated (!), plenty of seating, the window could be opened (not always a given), excellent lift system. The breakfast was out of this world, I have never seen such a spread. Fantastic. Staff was very friendly. A bowl of apples, water and a biscuit available in the lounge during the day. I didn't visit the roof terras this time but have been there in the past as a walk-in. Very nice.

I would have liked more light in the room which the many available light sources (bed lamps, lamp stand and desklamp) didn't quite provide.

It was a really nice experience for us at Radisson Blu Hasselt. We booked an early check-in, but forgot to mention our bed preferences online. When we found our allocated room to be twin-bed, the reception was extremely efficient in upgrading our room (at a nominal cost) to one with a king bed. The location is excellent -- within 5 minutes from the city center and a cluster of finest restaurants in Hasselt, and between two bus stops (within 8 minutes walking distance) on the inner ring. The room was really comfortable, clean and well maintained. We tried the buffet breakfast one of the days -- it was a decent spread. We tried the rooftop bar one of the nights -- it had a nice view and decent cocktail options.

Generally, we do not have any complaints with the property. If we have to nitpick, the carpets on our floor could have been cleaner -- they smelled a little funky. The toiletry bottles were a little tricky to operate at times -- it may be nice to check the bottles and the stock during regular cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us.

Location is amazing and breakfast is astounding, the lady on reception was a delight and the staff on breakfast met you with a smile that started your day right

The rooms are very dark, so much so that trying to read with the spotlight on the bedside cabinet was impossible Getting in at the start, some instructions would be useful I stood for 10 mins pressing car park entrance to the lift waiting for someone to notice me on the camera, its really annoying when you've been travelling since 4am and you arrive at 6pm only to not be able to get out the carpark and into reception and your room

-Communicative and convenient location in a new mall on the edge of the old town -Nice room, good beds; prices are okay -Breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety; I also liked that it was available up till 11 am -The breakfast place is also a restaurant during the rest of the day and has a decent menu -The rooftop bar is a small, but classy gem and offers a wonderful view over the city with friendly personnel and good cocktails -Coffee machine with complimentary capsules in the room

-The underground parking doesn't belong to the hotel but is a municipal one; it is paid and rather expensive; you pay 20 EUR for 24 hours, but if you exit before that and enter again, you don't save the rest of the 24 hours but have to pay again -The shower gel bottle was empty, which is not a pleasant surprise when you have to wake up at 5 am to get ready for the day -No complimentary water bottles in the room

We arrived early and explained to the staff member on reception that we were going to a wedding locally that started before the official check in time! He made sure we were able to get an earlier check in......and remembered my name the next day at checkout! Customer service was excellent!!! Room was exactly as expected....clean and comfortable! Location of the hotel in town, with a carpark underneath is so convenient!!

A lot of choice for breakfast. Room was nice and spacious. Clean bathroom. Location in was central and quite easy to reach. Roof top bar was excellent!

No private hotel parking. Only a public parking which was quite expensive. We could easily hear the people in the room next door and noise from the street in the early morning, although we had a room on the 5th floor.

Good and central location. Big rooms with connecting doors for families with small children. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very poor cleaning during the stay. Did not even throw out the garbage bins. Dirty coffee cups were left in the same place.

- clean hotel - located right in the city centre, close to everything - practically designed rooms and lots of sunlight - practical lifts

Remarks: - there was no central lamp in the room, which made it rather dark after sunset. - some people might consider the beds rather small

Lovely modern room nice bar area and very friendly staff. Parking is under the hotel in a car park that is secure ideal for motorbikes. You can get your bike in front of the hotel for loading and packing

No real issues with the hotel, bar was a little pricey but typical chain hotel prices really.
