We received a warm welcome upon arrival, the receptionist took her time explaining all facilities and timings, even asked us if they could support in sorting out dinner reservations. The rooms were so clean and cleverly decorated. The bed was comfy, bathroom was amazing and the room itself had all you need. The hotel is located in the centre but there was no noise to be heard. The cocktail bar was amazing and very inviting.

Hotel Beila was an extremely well-appointed hotel, any easy stroll from the train station and located right in the middel of town. Family-owned, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I lost a ring of great sentimental value and they managed to find it and return it to me by post - wonderful service!

How can I fill 2 or 3 sentences when I have no complaints whatsover? How about saying that the reason that I lost the ring was that the bed was so comfortable that I overslept and had to rush to get showered before checkout?

Very modern boutique hotel with spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. The delicious breakfast is to be ordered the night before to reduce waste. Modern shower/bathroom and Japanese toilet were a nice surprise!

I fell asleep with the buzzing sound of some electric appliance in the background, not sure if it was the AC, mini fridge or something outside the room.

- They have only a la carte breakfast, and you cannot really customise your choice if you are picky like I am. - Curtains are not helping against the morning sun, as they are short and all the light comes through. - The two persons bed consists of two separate mattresses.

We love everything about this place, the staff who reply to messages in minutes, the wonderful rooms, coffee&tea in the room, view, location, cleanliness just everything. The hotel is very modern and there is just no better place to be. Cannot thank the staff enough, they help with anything and our stay is always smooth. We love this place.

The location of the hotel was great and we were particularly happy with the controller pad of the shower, that was situated OUTSIDE of the shower area - it was so well-thought, I wish every hotel had that! I also really appreciated the free parking in the town of Bilzen :)

I missed a toilet brush - a simple, but unmissable object :( There was a lot of dust in between the "railings" of the bed - if you choose for such a designer option you need to be cleaning there too :(

What a lovely place!! From room to staff to evening meal in restaurant below!! Nothing all needs improving. We had two double rooms booked- no complains from here. Massive beds with plenty of space for 2! Staff extremely polite and attentive 😊

It is very modern so you need to take your time to get used to the novelties. In one night you probably cannot do this. We stayed 2 nights and got the hang of it especially the temperature setting and the super de luxe electric toilet!

The hotel was so wonderful. The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, the bathroom was so modern and there was such good use of space. The staff (who I assume are also the owners) were so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we got excellent tips for dinner.

Right in the centre of the city beautiful hotel with well equipped modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was outstanding and very special. The service was also well above our expectation.
