The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was comfortable. I liked that the bathroom had things like shower gel and all that. The breakfast was totally class and had a great variety of different things to try.

I was there in December and I felt like the blanket was a little thin and cool to the touch. I would have preferred a bigger and warmer blanket during that season, but it could totally be a personal thing as I feel cold quickly. I think it's totally fine in general.

We arrived before the official check-in time but our room was ready. We booked a parking space and were easily navigated to it by the girls atthe reception. The room was on the 6th floor, it was neat and spacious with panoramic windows. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast in the morning offered a great variety of food. I certainly recommend this hotel

Due to a train delay, I made this reservation quickly from the train. The hotel is unusual in that it is the top floors of an office building downtown. The bedroom/bathroom was very clean and new. The breakfast was a fantastic deal at 12 euro with anything you could want. It is a 15 minute walk from the train. Also, the large bedroom window had a full Rolladen so that you could sleep in!

I arrived at night and had difficulty finding the entrance as it is tucked above an office building with poorly marked signs.

The room is nice and clean with a nice view. The beds are very comfortable. Windows to the main street but if closed no noise. I didn't see the air conditioner but in the room was a fan. I stayed in the hotel at the end of October, so wasn't hot. Breakfast was very good for 12.5 euro per person. For my boy, 8 years old, was free of charge. The hotel has parking for 11 euros per night. Parking is very close to the hotel but needs a reserved place. The staff is very friendly and speaks very well in English.

Everything was good.

The location is perfect! The room is wide and has space for luggage and enough for 3 people. The service was perfect. They provide a kettle for heating water for my son (3 years old). They were available late at night (22h30) and ready to help. Also the checkout, they supported us in holding de luggage meanwhile we can transport it in parts to our other location.

The hotel staff working at the breakfast cannot explain what was served there. We do not know if was possible to make scrambled eggs or anything hot. I believe they charge around EUR 12 for the breakfast: It is too much for such a lack of information about or the quality of the service there. We decided not to have breakfast in Biendo and found many bakeries nearby. However, this fact did not shadow our very good stay at this hotel. I recommend it to anyone coming to Chemnitz.

The family room for four is spacious, with nice ambiance. The beds were large and comfortable. Excellent value for money. It's located in the city center with lots of venues for dinner and shopping.

The bathroom of the family room is though quite small. The garage is quite expensive, 11 Euro, and one has to walk a little bit, maybe around 100 meters , to get to the hotel. But that's just the flip side of being in the city center.

Biendo is always the best hotel in Chemnitz. Best location, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean and functional. They support us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out during our moving.

We booked a room for 3 people, but they accommodated us in 2 rooms. With a 3-year-old kid, next time I will book just one room. They declared that one double room was available, but because of the booking, they could not manage to change it. But it was not a big problem.

Location is central with easy access to the sity public transportation and the central railway station. It is worth to mention - the hotel provides free traveling by public trasport. Quite good breakfast.

I really liked the hotel. Good location, there is a good grocery store next to the hotel. Very clean, comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, good wi fi. Delicious and varied breakfast. Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.
