There's parking at the hotel, but also directly on the other side of the street in a big garage. Everyone is friendly. Really good breakfast, including scrambled eggs made from real eggs. Bike storage exists (but only for very few bikes).

The key card to the room doesn't really work very well unless it's placed in exactly the right angle and with the correct timing. The single beds could be 10cm wider for significantly more comfort.

The location was excellent, staff super friendly, room spacious with an office/lounge section, fridge provided, ample luggage space.

The door access swipe card system was quite difficult to operate, seemed to struggle to read the card. Got a replacement, still the same. The room was a bit overly warm when the sun poured in. Free wifi login and daily time limits were a bit annoying.

Beautiful hotel located right across the Chemnitz Opera House and within walking distance of the train station. The view is unbeatable. It was my second visit to Chemnitz and the second time I stayed in this hotel and I caught some spectacular sunsets, with the opera looking particularly beautiful in the setting sun. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very nice.

The bed could have been comfortable, I personally prefer a softer bed.

You get a little noise from passing trams if you are in a room at front of hotel, but this is much compensated by the wonderful view. Restaurant menu for dinner was not great. I wanted to eat there but decided to go elsewhere after reading menu.

Size of rooms, dinner and breakfast was excellent, and overall the whole experience was exactly as we would expect it to be.

Parking was a little awkward as the hotel carpark to the rear was full but there was further parking available a short walk away and in the end we parked right at the door so that was OK! The aircon didn't seem to cool the room much but maybe my unit was not quite working properly but overall the temp was OK as I could open the windows

Proximity to whom I was visiting was key. Room size, comfort and view was also nice. Super hot shower, privacy.

Some road noise from outside, but then again, we had the window open and it overlooked an intersection.
