The hotel was in the throes of re-branding from an Amber hotel, and the most prominent signs had not been changed to Plaza which made it difficult to identify the right location. Paid parking would have been an issue had my bike not been in the BMW workshop overnight! Decorations a little tired and in need of a refresh - maybe the rebrand will deal with that.

Seems Germans get better breakfast service than other nationalities - example from today (30.06) where German person was offered freshly made planted egg while were not even ask one sentence. Disappointing. Booking offers seems to be less expensive than booking directly with hotel - strange, but I liked it Otherwise all good.

It's a really nice hotel for the value. The room was bigger than in other hotels and very comfy. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a big variety and was really fresh. We chose the hotel for the price and the strategic position at the highway, but got a really relaxing stay there too. They are dog and kids friendly.

You have to pay the parking with 5 Euros per night. I would recommend the hotel to think about how to further reduce the use of plastic.

This is cool quiet place, not far from motorway, there is close a Chemnitz Center for a shopping. Very nice personel, perfect breakfast, there is pool table, you can play. Very comfortable room, all the facilities for the kids. We recommend this place.

The only thing I didn't like - is sagging mattress Of course it depends on what you like, but for us it was not comfortable We stayed for one night to rest from the long trip and we didn't sleep well to continue our trip.

Breakfast had a big choice, excellent. All in all very clean hotel, the staff even let me to wait to be picked up (8hrs of waiting) in their little office room. Thank you for that!

There were no options for dinner or lunch- since I was on foot, most of the "food" places were either fast food chains or a really long walk away. If they could serve food (apart from breakfast) it would be even better.

Since it was pretty far from the city centre, it was difficult to get to the hotel. The wifi connection was bad

Everything went great, I arrived really late at night, but called the hotel and they let me in. My little dog felt comfortable as well, there was water and some dry food for dogs at the entrance. And the breakfast was fabulous!
