The room was very clean and nice and getting in independently worked out fine, despite of us arriving late at night and thus the receptionist not being there. The hotel is very central and the breakfast was delicious.

Like all the hotels in the center of Detmold, it is on the pricier side.

The breakfast had a good selection of food to include pastries fruit deli items eggs cheese coffee tea juice water yogurt and bread and cereal. Service was excellent and friendly. Restaurant on site was excellent and popular. Parking convenient.

I loved the food here, it was very lovely, the bed was amazing after travelling for 15 hours haha. Was worried of having an issue with the staff as I do not know any Germany, but it all went well and we understood each other. Could definitely come back again! thank you for a good stay, I felt very welcomed :)

The only thing I would say is to get rid of the cobwebs on the ceilings and windows, I was getting paranoid of waking up with spiders. But, well done to the housekeeping team that still managed to complete their jobs to good standards. Thank you

I did not have any problems, but the car park would be small for someone with a larger car.

Breakfast was very good...there was a destination charger for an E-car...the room nice and spacey and the bed very comfortable
