Great facilities. Very complete apartment. Great shower, location is in the Middle of the Black Forest. Accommodating and friendly owner.

The pillows. It could be a little more clear that there usually is no reception open at the apartments, and also how many times someone would come by for cleaning.

Very spacious room with comfortable beds (we had a three-person room) and good facilities, including a small kitchenette area and table. Although the building sits right between the main road and a railroad, it was very quiet in the room (I'm a light sleeper and it was fine). The host was incredibly responsive answering some questions before we arrived, including making us a dinner reservation (at their suggestion)! We were bicycling the Neckartalradweg, which literally goes right by the building. While the room was great, other cyclists should be aware of a few negatives (see my related comments in the "didn't like" section). Room access was via a keycode sent via e-mail and was easy. No breakfast is available, but there is a bakery up the street that has pre-made sandwiches, rolls, drinks, etc. There is not much in the town for tourist services, and just a few restaurants. Be sure to check and see if they are open before you count on eating dinner there.

Although convenient for bicycle tourists, the property needs to provide secure, locked storage for bikes overnight. There is a covered area for bike parking, including plugs for e-bikes (presumably), but not really any way to lock your bike there. Plus, it's open and visible to the road. We ended up taking our bikes up to the second floor where our room was and locking them to the railing (see photos). For this reason, despite how nice the room was, I'm not sure I can 100% recommend this place for bike tourists until they fix this issue (also raised by other reviewers) and provide secure storage for bikes. Also, bikers should be sure to check whether the few restaurants in town are open if you plan to eat dinner there.

A beautifully designed, neat, and cozy place, thoughtfully planned with every detail to ensure guest comfort. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Everything was spotless and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

It's value for money. Check in was seamless. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Enough utensils if you want to cook.

Location is just on the main road, which is not very convenient. Also there was traffic noise which might bother some people but because of good insulation it's minimised.

spectacularly clean like new, easily reachable, near Black Forest, host very friendly and helpful , single room studio has everything one wants to stay, good for small families, perfect location for peaceful in the pure nature stay, hiking and lots of outdoor activities can be started from this location, train tracks just next to this property’s fences but not noisy at all, kids would love this view

price felt a bit high for the location but I hope it is lower when booked few weeks in advance.

The room was very modern, and very cozy. We really enjoyed the comfy beds, and all the decor inside the room.

All the checkin and checkout was online. Which is alright, but everything was in German. But it wasn't an issue and everything went smoothly. The hotel is near a transited road and the train, so it is a bit noisy.

It was a fully furnished one-bedroom studio apartment with all sorts of amenities. It had its own parking as well. It was super clean and gave a fresh look. The bathroom is very spacious and modern. Given a chance, I would definitely return back.

It said double bed, but it was a twin bed which was quite okayish!

A lot of space and new apartments.. trains tracks are next to apartments but it is not a problem I didn’t heard any train.. quite and clean.. kitchen well equipped

The room is sound proof - which is great because it is next to the train tracks! We had a great restful sleep :)

The room is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. The nearby bakery offers delicious things.
