I absolutely loved this hotel. In fact I loved it so much that I extended my stay from 3 to 5 nights. Every single member of the staff was at all times very friendly, attentive, patient and helpful. I loved my room which was spacious, comfortable and very welcoming, even though I came as a single traveller ! (Single travellers do not always get a nice room !!!). Every little detail in the "Piazza" was well thought out, from the design/ plants in the building and the breakfast room to the details in the rooms and the bathroom. Examples: Water bottle in the room was filled every day. Fantastic shower, enough storage space for toiletries in the bathroom, little plastic toothbrush cups....generous supply of towels. In the room: a little desk, two armchairs, nice lighting, a lovely bed, enough hooks for clothes, a big cupboard with movable hangers (thank you for trusting your customers not to steal them !!!), enough space overall, big windows. Breakfast was very tasty and super well organised, neat, effective, thoughtful and offering a great variety. To me it was the perfect combination of effective machines (Juices, Coffee, Tea, Jam and Honey Dispensers) and attentive human beings. The Hotel also had a restaurant with very good food. The location is top - just a few steps to the centre of town and yet quiet.

I liked everything and nothing could have been better. The only thing that bothered me one night were people from an adjacent holiday apartment who thought it was okay to talk at a loud voice on the balcony after midnight which made it impossible for me to sleep. Maybe it's a good idea for the owners of the Piazza to have a chat with the surrounding neighbours/ holiday property owners at some stage....about appropriate and considerate behaviour....

Very spacious and comfortable room and big bathroom. It is right on the main street in the middle of old Dinkelsbuehl.

No parking nearby. When you arrive you can park for 30 minutes across from the hotel, but then you have to move your car to the outside of the wall, about a 10-15min walk away. This was not a problem for us but someone less mobile should know.

Hotel is located in the heart of the old town and it consists of the old building and the new one adjoined to the existing one. My room was in the new building and was surprisingly spacious with a large bathroom as well. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and included in the room price. Staff was very nice.

Room has two windows, one regular and skylight. The latter has no sunblind, so it's impossible to make room dark if you want to sleep longer. Other than this, everything was great.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Piazza. The staff were friendly & helpful (especially the young guy at the reception desk). The room was so beautiful + clean and had a perfect view of the streets below. It had everything we needed - fridge, safe, cupboard, tv etc. We were also able to order room service from the restaurant downstairs which was really yummy. The buffet breakfast was also delicious.

Room was very clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable. Personnel was all very friendly and helpful. A nice "bonus" was easy access to a small rooftop patio near our room where we could sit outside for a while enjoying the incredible fall weather. Breakfast was better than expected considering it was included, nice selection of cold cuts, cheese and breads/rolls, but also freshly cut fruit salad. Nice touch was also a complimentary bottle of mineral water in the room. We would stay here again any time!

Elevator was excruciatingly slow, and normally we would have walked up to the 3rd floor, but my bad hips didn´t take to that very well. Seems a bit foolish to mention an elevator, but it really was the slowest I have ever seen.

the hotel/ restaurant is situated in the city center of dinkelsbuehl. had a freshly renovated look to it. the room was very comfy and quiet. bathroom with all amenities. the staff was very friendly. the hotel offers a space where to safely park our e-bikes. as the italian inhouse restaurant was closed on our arrival day we unfortunately didn’t have a chance to eat out there. great place to stay there for out visit.

Not much to fault at this well organised accommodation - perhaps the double duvet might make an appearance sometime and a decent pillow too.

Very smart partly upgraded hotel right in the centre of town. Some quirky old things which add to character. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, good shower, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, storage yard for bicycles. Rooms were well thought out but not large. Perfect for a one or two night stay.

The same problem as always, no air conditioning which is fine if you are in a back room but if you face the street then it’s impossible to sleep with the windows open as the cobbled streets add to the car noise considerably.

Very good small hotel in the city center. Liked it. Can recommend to anyone. Breakfast is rather simple but pretty good too, you can order omelette or fried eggs in addition to buffet. Parking is not allowed new hotel, though you can drop you luggage and park car 300 meters away by walk in free and well organized city parking
