The breakfast was great! Really one of the top five hotel breakfasts I've experienced. I would add croissants to the bread selection and find a way to keep the juices cold. Other than that, good stuff. I also like the firmness of the bed, the spaciousness of the shower, and the air conditioning (when the outside temps allowed for its operation). The bar/restaurant area was really nice and the bartender (I did not get his name) was super friendly and attentive. Great staff all around.

The pillows... WAY too soft. Please get some firmer pillows. Thankfully, the outside temps weren't that high. So,I could open the window when the air conditioner stopped working due to the low(er) outside temps. I know you're trying to save on your electric bill but... I'm a hot sleeper and the ability to use the air conditioner at night could have resulted in better sleep for me.

The best part of the stay was breakfast. The choice is very big and tasty. There are local specialties like fried patties, sausages, blood sausages, passtet, smoked fish. A lot of fruits. Bread and bakery dejection. The shover is new. The personal is well trained, friendly and helpful. It’s clean. There is even free water and coffee in the room. There is a small gym, but the equipment is new. Good value for money.

Great rooms, nice location, walking distance from the train station, and nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in the area in the evenings.

There was no kettle in the room. I took a chance and was able to borrow a kettle from reception! We reserved a double room with a double bed. The bed was a double size. However, it was two mattresses side by side which isn't the most comfortable if you move around or want to cuddle. (Had I known, I might have reserved a larger bed with one larger mattress.)

Very nice place. Room is big and clean. Good position to visit Cologne, the train station is 5 minutes away. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice and quality. There is a lot of care about the environment: for example there is nothing single-use in this hotel, only the cups you use for honey or jam, and event they are edible!

The garage is nice and safe, but very expensive, 22€/day. You better find another place to park the car. There was 3 of us. The main bed was fantastic, but the 2nd one (for the kid) was very very uncomfortable.

Very nice and modern hotel, on the edge of the town centre. Good breakfast and modern rooms.

The bathrooom section of the room was only seperated by a partial glass wall, so if during the night one had to use the bathroom a lot of light was shining into the sleeping area. Very modern but not well tought of. It should be possible to just put on the light in the toilet not in the whole bahroom area. The rest was very good

It is a clean hotel, it has almost all that you need, but the value is overrated. i dont know if the amount per night was bigger because of the fair,or if this the usual rate, but 187 euro/night is too much. the staff barely speaks English, but they manage. the breakfast is good, a lot of things to choose from. they have parking (18 euro/day), but you can also park outside for free (at night).

the should add netflix, because all the programs are in german. the bathroom is all glass, pretty weird, no intimacy.

Rooms are quite small and I really don't like the bathroom concept, were everything is done from glass and you don't have a real isolation from the room. This kind of room will be OK for a single occupancy.

The location of the hotel is very good. They reserved a parking space for us in the garage. The staff at the reception are friendly. The room is clean. Perhaps in the future, they would offer the guest a refrigerator in the room as an additional service, or have a refrigerator with cold drinks.

The breakfast is very average and I expected better based on the rating of the hotel. One person of staff was acting quite unfriendly.An extra bed could be more comfortable.

Location (close to Aachen, Cologne, Bonn and Belgium & Netherlands), room was clean and tidy, great breakfast!

No, it is fine. Perhaps mini bar fridge could have been a bit more colder, but in case you need to cool the bottle of sparkling wine you can get an ice basket in the restaurant - which was very appreciated by us 😉

We travelled with our dog and we really appreciated the effort from the Hotel to make our pet feel welcome. Dog treats, a dog pillow and dog plates were provided in the room, as well as a door hanger to announce the precence of the pet when alone. Everything was very clean, the shower was very good, and the tablet provided in the room useful for looking into what the Hotel had to offer. The restaurant was a very pleasant experience for dinner. The breakfast was superb as promised. The staff were very friendly and eager to please.

The room was not so comfortable: small space with no privacy at all in the bathroom space, few and uncomfortable pillows, no fridge.
