B&B Hotels are my all-time favorite. I stayed many times in many B&B Hotels in different cities(Hamburg, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Passau, Weil am Rhein/Basel, Landshut, Rosenheim, München-Messe) and it was the same every time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and it is always very clean. And quiet. And the staff was always very kind. Perfect! I look for this hotel in every city where I want to spend the night and I get sad when I see that it still doesn't exist there.

Perfectly positioned within walking distance of the railway station, on the "main" street. The staff is friendly and ready to help. I needed an invoice with included breakfast, and it was sent to our financial department in 24 hours.
The doors close automatically with a strong clicking noise - you can hear the next rooms. The breakfast is simplified and without any fish products, but it's also cheap.

Clean and comfortable for a couple night stay—the B&B standard! Great location as well!
No issue for us, but be aware there is no parking and private parking garage is a 700 meter walk

Location was great. You could walk everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable
No phone in rooms to reception in case of emergency. Only saw 3 staff in 3 days. The bar !! Is a vending machine and some drinks on a shelf behind reception on the 4th floor.

TV only in tranlated German, of no value when you are foreign. Suggest a bar fridge also.

We were in family room for 4 persons. All is ok, room is pretty big, there is enough place for parents and children. Internet is ok, air conditioning is ok. Hotel is located in the new shopping center, so you have big supermarket and other shops right near the entrance.
No baby seat in the restaurant No parking in the hotel, but in 100 meters is a very good parking here 53.369899, 7.205086 (free on weekends) One lift is not enough during the peak hours, especially in corona times.

Friendly receptionest and very welcoming. Easy to check in and check out. Clean room and not far from the town and the train station. Comfortable bed and pillows.
