The reception desk staff were efficient, welcoming and very helpful. The restaurant/bar staff were exceptional. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities all worked well. There was plenty of hot water.

The listing had the wrong address on the website so I initially went to the same address in Hanau. When I rang the Booking.com Business Helpdesk number in Belgium to ask for help, the contact desk was clueless. When I was finally given the hotel's telephone number, I found out that the hotel was in Rodgau and not in Hanau. The extra distance in the taxi meant I had to pay more than I had expected to go from Hanau to Rodgau. I was not amused after a long train journey and then an S.Bahn ride from the airport west of Frankfurt to Hanau, well to the east of Frankfurt.

Wonderfully equipped. No fewer than a dozen electric plugs in the room! Fan, AirCo, fridge, plenty of lights, enough space, Large, pleasant breakfast room with a good selection. Fair price. Wifi worked. PLenty of parking on the street. It's in a quiet neighborhood. +++ I felt very comfortable.

upkeep ok but not quite up to the very high standard of the room itself. Damage on a door, missing hangers ... but really only small things.

Very nice hotel in a small rural town, quiet industrial neighborhood, Rewe shopping center nearby. Hotel currently crippled by staff shortage. Restaurant closed, extra cost breakfast suspended, no coffee in room or lobby. The one employee looks like he hasn't slept in days yet remains unfailingly polite and helpful. He must often be summoned with a phone call. Plentiful parking. Our room was listed as queen bed but was actually double. At 70€, not the cheapest but I hope they can get back to full operation.

Easy free parking inside or out side , value for money . Breakfast around 14 Euro and really worth it

It was in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to locate and clean. And the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

The room had no curtain or window blinds so the sunlight was shining directly at my face at sunrise. The bedside table was not cleaned, it had old drink stains.

1) There was a gass water bottle but no bottle opener provided 2) No air ventilation in the room, only in the bathroom 3) In the morning on one day there was no hot water

Very clean, quiet, warm. Plenty of parking space around the hotel. Good wi-fi. Nice public transport connection to FFM. Great value for money.
