I had a very pleasant stay at Victor’s Residenz Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful complimentary gifts, which made the stay feel even more special. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Everything was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

Victo's Residenz Hotel was very good value for money, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and there was sufficient parking.

I have very few criticisms; possibly a coffeemaker in the room might be nice for people who are not partaking in the breakfast option, but everything was great.

Very friendly staff, excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant, the size and comfort of the room was impressive. The location is quite good and the parking is free for the guests. Freshly renovated rooms with nice wall decorations.

There have been some sweets in one of the cupboards, obviously leftovers from other guests. That did not look like a nice touch :) The shower is placed a bit unfortunate for the toilet paper, it gets wet in spite of all precautions. A long line to the only one coffee machine available in the breakfast room.

Spacious and quiet rooms not too far from the city center. The very friendly receptionist upgraded us free of charge due to the hotel being almost full.

Room service not available (yet), for which the receptionist apologized, but not really a negative for us. Parking was a bit of a challenge with the hotel almost fully booked.

Very clean and spacious. Good location and friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay here again. The box-spring beds were excellent.

The shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, therefore extreme attention is required while taking a shower, not to flood the whole bathroom.

The room was basic, but enough, nice powerful shower Good location with only a 10 min walk into town. free car parking staff were excellent and very helpful, enjoyed the breakfast bar open till 1am if you need it

No aircon in the room, could not get any English channels on the TV (but not so bothered)

could do with a lock of paint and replace carpets that have stains. tea and coffee making facilities should be standardly available in all rooms and not have it as an extra! but we are spoilt in the UK!

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the hotel and its surroundings were very quiet.

More staff at reception during peak hours are needed as waiting was long just to check out or ask for info. Otherwise, digitizing the check in/out could help in this regard.
