Exceptional !!! Grate bar, very nice Restaurant, and the manager or owner is always ready to support. Very calm area! A grate place, like in my case for business night, but surly for holiday stay as well. All staff very, but very friendly!!!! Compliments ❤️

Breakfast could offer some more options, but generally you find all you need for a German breakfast. Availability times for reception could be longer.

Buffet breakfast is right next door at Extrablatt [https://cafe-extrablatt.de] and it is a main reason that we keep on comming here from Frankfurt. The lake view rooms are set high so you can see out but ~they~ cant see in. We are right next to the station so you E-bike up the lake and get the train back. Dinner at the Brauhaus [https://www.biggeseefront-dasbrauhaus.com]

Only room 11 has an unobsured view of the lake. All other rooms have thick bushes between you and the lake.

All fine, couldn't rate the staff as we had a late check-in with key locker ;) which worked perfectly. Great view on and walk around the BiggeSee. We took breakfast from the menu at the nearby Cafe, it was great, and all we needed, although there is big buffet option too.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

My room was a smoking room (I didn't think they existed anymore). Consequently, it smelled very smoky. There is no staff at the hotel so communication was done by telephone. This is not very satisfactory if you're having difficulty late at night or early in the morning. Tickets to allow me to exit the car park were missing or did not function. Therefore, I had to pay to exit the car park. However, it was not expensive.

We got one of the two _real_ lake view rooms. Room 11. (Third time lucky). ExtraBlatt is our go-to place for buffet breakfast. ExtraBlatt was 10 meters walk (from room 11).

There are only two real „lake view“ rooms. Room 11 and room 14. Room 14 costs twice as much. All other „lake view“ rooms are obscured by thick bushes.

The room was very good. The lighting control was very complicated but everything else was perfect

There is no staff to interact with. The lighting control was very complicated. The parking ticket to allow exit from the car park only worked once. I had to pay on my second exit

A good location by the river, each room has a private terrace. There are two bar/restaurants nearby with a good range of food and drink. The location doesn't look promising, but the rooms were superb

The reception was difficult to spot (hint - it is marked, but we didn't spot the sign)

Breakfast by property is not the best,in fact far from the best.Is better to eat in a different location.

Modern design of room and awesome restaurant.

Water faucets were mislabeled H for hot went the opposite direction than expected.

Great rooms, very modern and had everything needed. Comfortable beds, coffee facilities and a very nice rainforest shower. Overall big room and would definitely visit again. You also get a voucher to use the fitness facilities in the town.

No check in, you get a code and pick up your key. Worked well for us but had to call to change my number so make sure it's correct.
