The hotel seems a bit newer than others we have stayed in so the rooms were very up-to-date, in great condition, and clean. Breakfast was wonderful.. lots to choose from and the food was all fresh and tasty. Very nice location if you're going to Legoland or Peppa Pig Park (about an 8-minute drive). In the evening we walked to the old town (about a 10-15 minute walk.. but it's on the sidewalk next to a very busy road) for some shopping and food. The workers were very friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the woman who served us breakfast in the morning and who checked us out of the hotel. Excellent customer service and very friendly.

Very close to LEGOLAND. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super. We had a family room booked, the room is spacious and clean and the kids are running around the room. The preis is also good for such a nice room and breakfast included.

If there is mosquito net it will be perfect. We stayed there in August and since we could not open the window as there are mosquitoes. we have to turn on the AC. Even though in the night it is not so warm.

A comfortable, quiet and decent hotel with proximity to Legoland. My son specifically likes the nice staffs, the breakfast, as well the sofa bed in the room where he could assemble the lego bricks. Already rebooked for 2025!

There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Of course town center with 10 minutes walk. Anyway we found solution to eat inside Legoland.

The variety of food for breakfast was good. Ranging from breads to scrambled eggs and bacon. Staff was very friendly and fast to meet your requests. Room was spacious and quiet. Having AC was great as well.

Ham on the cantaloupe wasn’t preferred. Cannot comment on cleaning service for extended stays, because we didn’t stay long enough to see how well rooms would be cleaned up.

We totally loved our stay in Günzburg at Hotel Bettina garni. The room we stayed was No. 6 and it was on the first floor. Large, with a queen size double bed and a bunk bed for the kids, with a private bathroom and a balcony. We like it very much! The breakfast was good, and the staff was amazing. Thank you for this wonderful stay at your hotel! We'll come back for sure! This hotel is 5 minutes away by car from Legoland Germany and it is so easy to reach it! In the nearby there is the Police station and a supermarket.

Very close to Legoland (aprsox. 5 min by car), free parking, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, big supermarket nearby (5 min walk), room was spacious and very clean, kids found lollipop candies on their pillows as a nice surprise, at the first floor next to the reception there was a coffee machine to make yourself coffee or tea. Everything was just perfect!!!

It is a great place. The staff is really kind and helps you with everything you need. It has no elevator, but there are not so much stairs. It is perfectly located, you can walk (12min) to the town centre and go by car (7 min) to Legoland. The breakfast is nice too. You can park for free in the front of the hotel, also there is a Supermarket right next to it.

Hotel deserves 5 stars. Everything from communication, reception, room size, cleanliness, staff, facilities, parking, food - was absolutely perfect. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Variety, freshness and service of food was brilliant. Thanks for making my stay special and relaxed. Will come back and will recommend.

Breakfast fresh, warm and made with love by that beautiful, sweet lady ❤️ more than enough options to choose from. Also, a very sweet man working on reception! Great communication with both! Rooms were spotless and warmed up for us, we loved the whole thing :)

Everything was fine, no complaints

We chose the hotel because of a visit to the Legoland park. The hotel has large family rooms with large and spacious bathrooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide selection and has extremely friendly staff. I definitely recommend a visit and if we ever visit this region again we will choose the same hotel.

The sofa bed was a bit hard to sleep on. Everything else was excellent.
