Room in loft (4th floor) - 45 degree slope in roof. Windows do not open - totally dependent on A/C Lacks a bit of character

Hotel staff are warm and welcoming. 4. Great spread at breakfast with many healthy options. 5. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and super convenient bathroom.

Colorful and new hotel centrally located in "downtown" Haslach. Staff are nice and helpful, rooms are clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was super yummy!

Maybe more 3-person or family rooms (we had to get 2 rooms: 1 double and 1 single)?

The location was terrific, both in terms of the town because you could walk to many shops and restaurants. And it was also a great location in the Black Forest. We went both north and south for hiking and exploring the other towns. I’m glad we stayed in Haslach because it’s a quaint town and not super crowded.

The breakfast was excellent with cereals, bread, cheese, fruit, made to order eggs, and coffee and tea options. The welcome drink (delicious organic juice blend) was a nice touch. The people were warm and friendly and the town was charming. As an occupational therapist, I highly recommend this hotel for individuals with mobility challenges including those with disabilities who utilize wheelchairs. It is the most accessible hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. Excellent way to make sure loved ones get to experience some of the charming areas in Germany's black forest region.

The only thing I would change is that the beds could have sheets and a separate lightweight blanket in the summer to be cooler, rather than the duvets, which were too hot to use even with good a/c in the rooms.

Absolutely lovely property, very modern, fab rooms, fab breakfasts and coffee machines, and perfect location in centre of Haslach.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room

Very modern, well furnitued hotel, condition of tools and stuff at the room is top! Staff are very helpful and kind and welcoming.

Carpet was my least favourite honestly, making the room a bit old and smily somehow. Matters could be more comfortable. Price paid in comparison to cities is almost the same..

The bathroom is exceptional! Lighted mirrors. Fabulous shower and the blue light is excellent at night time. The bed is very comfortable. We booked 2 nights and did not move on but booked for the rest of the holiday. Highly recommend.
