All was good with the twin room; very modern and everything newly installed. Fabulous power shower, great bedding and enough storage for a short stay (we only stayed one night). Nice view from this attic bedroom towards the River Neckar.

The towels were very hard and old and the floor was very dusty, but everything else was clean and comfortable. We had a terrible experience with our evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Despite booking a table for 7pm and giving our order promptly, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our meal, and when it did arrive, after many enquiries by us and excuses given from the staff, it wasn't even what we had ordered. Very, very poor. Breakfast was disorganised. No table set for us, many items had run out and were not replenished, eg scrambled egg, bread selection. The whole restaurant experience was awful - BUT the room itself was very good.

A perfect location for visiting several exciting places, castles, towns nearby in the Neckar valley. Good internet connection. The kitchen provided me with fabulous dinners on two evenings.

Parking was first a bit difficult even based on the info provided but it turned out to be easy. Nothing to criticise, really.

Spacious apartment, recently renovated and clean. The staff was super friendly and although I didn't eat at the restaurant there, the space looked very cozy and welcoming.

Some of the renovations inside and outside the rooms seem to be ongoing and the layout of the apartment was a bit strange.

The staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was great: clean and comfy! I really enjoyed my stay there!

Great location, kind host and hostess, spacious and clean room, good breakfast and delicious à la carte dinner (not included in the room).

The waitresses in the restaurant weren't on the top of their game during dinner.

Spacious room, the food was lovely and I could park my motorbike off the street in private parking.

Hmm, if I'm being picky..the staff seemed a bit stressed/ overwhelmed. I didn't mind personally but it's something to note if that's something you look for in a hotel

A good traditional German hotel, and we had an excellent meal in the courtyard. Friendly helpful staff. Good parking.

Well…one shouldn’t really complain, but those church bells woke us up a few times.
