We had booked the Fernblick but when we arrive we were told there was no availability but we would be booked into the Rosengarten Hotel instead. This was a surprise but was a pleasant one. The hotel was comfortable, very clean and had all we needed (except a kettle) in the room. This hotel is within easy walking distance from the beautiful town centre, although there were some quite steel hills. Would definitely stay again.

Other than there being no kettle (we think there should have been on as our friends room did), we had nothing to not like. We could have asked for the kettle but it really was not a big issue and we were out most of the time.

It is near the historical old town of Bad Wimpfen, but in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. The facility has its own spa.

It is a little bit confusing because the guesthouse and the hotel nearby are actually the same, and I was supposed to check in/out and have breakfast at the hotel front desk, instead of the guest house. It is no problem since they are next to each other. But please make all these clear in the check-in instructions.

The room was pretty good.

The coffee was horrible. The hallways between the two buildings were freezing and water was leaking on the floor in numerous places.

Gästehaus fernblick is a 2 star hotel. When I arrived I was told I had to register my arrival at hotel am Rosengarten, 500 metres down the road. The hotel informed me that Gästehaus fernblick was closed, however I could stay at hotel am Rosengarten for the same price (including breakfast). Hotel am Rosengarten is a high quality 4 star hotel with all the amenities. Great stay, great hotel. My recommendation...... Book a night at Gästehaus fernblick.

They give us room in hotel, room was big, very cozy, silent and clean. Nice and clean bathroom. Very nice garden with terrace behind hotel. Main city SPA (pools and others) in the same building as hotel. We used underground garage (paid) but ti was plenty of free parking places nearby hotel. Hotel is a few minutes walk from old city. WiFi worked fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Spacious rooms. Modern swimming pool available (for a extra fee, it's also the public swimming pool)

Rooms are a little older. Due corona, only lunch pakkets available for breakfast.
