Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went out of the way to find a safe place that we can store our bicycles. Restaurant staff also were really very friendly. As a bonus, we saw a flock of sheep being rounded up in the backyard. And fireworks later that night

In order to get to the hotel you have to go up a very steep long hill. Not an issue if you're in a car, but if you're on bicycle, something to keep in mind. Unfortunately our room did smell somewhat of cigarette smoke. It was marked a non-smoking room.

It's a great place to stay with family and kids. The best part is the free entrance to the swimming area "aquarena". The kids loved it to be there. So if the weather isn't nice to see the animals or visit the parks you can just go the swimming area.

The room was okay, but we were missing like a coffee or tea spot. On sunday you could not even drink coffee in the afternoon in the lounge, since they don't offer any service on Sunday. There is no coffee-shop that close to the hotel. The restaurant for tour first dinner wasn't that good, but expensive. The days after we went to the city for dinner and lunch. The breakfast was okay though.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Lovely and clean. Staff are 'on the ball' and extremely helpful. Dog was welcome. Parking easy - just pick up a ticket then validate at the desk for free before you leave the car park. Location was good for us. The pool complex looked amazing but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it. Would definately return if I am in the area. I enjoyed the breakfast which had a really good selection so something for everyone (except bacon lovers which I am not!).

Excellent choices for breakfast, a huge Nutella jar 🤪, free parking, just near the Heidenheim pool, lovely location and peaceful. It is a bit far from.Legoland, about 40.min drive but doable due to the autobahn. To reach the restaurants in Heidenheim it is a 15 min walk, with 20 on return as you go uphill.

The breakfast ends at 9.30 which can be an inconvenient if you are not a morning person.

great hotel, very modern, rooms were spacious, clean and in pristine condition. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. It has a bar and a restaurant, but this is closed on Sundays. it is directly attached to a large public swimming hall (Aquarena) which unfortunately was closed for inspection/renovation while we were there. We though were informed about this when we booked the rooms.

I would like to commend the service of Nadine and Joviana (sp?) from front desk. Also Valentin (sp?) the busser from the restaurant who speaks four languages. These people (and their colleagues) showed remarkable professionalism and attention to guests' needs. It is due to their impeccable care that I left with such a good feeling. I would return to Taste in a heartbeat.

No complaints besides that on my last night someone shone a flashlight through my bedroom window around midnight at (a partially nude) me and then ran away. Perhaps a note of caution to those who may want to leave their bedroom windows open at night: Some windows face an outside trail which any man Jack has access to.

Fantastic hotel with access to a large aquapark at no extra fee. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and parking was free. We really enjoyed the swimming in the evening while during the day we were at Legoland.

Nothing to unlike, maybe good to know that the hotel is in a city that requires a green sticker for your car. We did not know until getting there, so I hope we won’t get fined.

Staff was nice and friendly, the rooms where clean. And loved the tunnel to the swimmingpool. The breakfast was good with fresh food.

That we got an message after booking about the swimmingpool. It's a public pool and that we had to look for their opening times. It was closed all days we were there except 26 december.

The stay was smooth and pleasant. The room was big enough space to walk around the bed and the child could play safely inside. The breakfast was great and we could enjoy the pool facilities nearby. The staff was kind during the entire stay. I can only recommend the hotel

One guy at reception was rude, talking to me like I'm his kid. He was corrected by me, but shouldn't talk to guests rude. Other staff were really friendly and helpful though. Water bottle on table in some rooms they charge you 4€ if you open it.
