We booked 2 double rooms and requested them to be adjoining, and it was perfect; 1 single room and one double room with sofa bed for us as a family of 4! Great breakfast buffet and the best part was the neighboring aquarena, a pool with slides, outside massage and bubblepools, reached by private underground tunnel directly from the hotel. All in all a great relaxing stopover between Italy and Sweden for our whole family

The beds were a bit firm, no airco in the room, but it worked for us since it was rainy weather. Not until after booking they tell you the pool has certain closure days, had we come 1 day earlier the pool had been closed for maintainance.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went out of the way to find a safe place that we can store our bicycles. Restaurant staff also were really very friendly. As a bonus, we saw a flock of sheep being rounded up in the backyard. And fireworks later that night

In order to get to the hotel you have to go up a very steep long hill. Not an issue if you're in a car, but if you're on bicycle, something to keep in mind. Unfortunately our room did smell somewhat of cigarette smoke. It was marked a non-smoking room.

It's a great place to stay with family and kids. The best part is the free entrance to the swimming area "aquarena". The kids loved it to be there. So if the weather isn't nice to see the animals or visit the parks you can just go the swimming area.

The room was okay, but we were missing like a coffee or tea spot. On sunday you could not even drink coffee in the afternoon in the lounge, since they don't offer any service on Sunday. There is no coffee-shop that close to the hotel. The restaurant for tour first dinner wasn't that good, but expensive. The days after we went to the city for dinner and lunch. The breakfast was okay though.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Lovely and clean. Staff are 'on the ball' and extremely helpful. Dog was welcome. Parking easy - just pick up a ticket then validate at the desk for free before you leave the car park. Location was good for us. The pool complex looked amazing but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it. Would definately return if I am in the area. I enjoyed the breakfast which had a really good selection so something for everyone (except bacon lovers which I am not!).

There is no air conditioning or a fan in the room. It was very stuffy. Little counterspace in the bathroom for toiletries.

Facilities. Very good and large variety of food by breakfast. Very nice service personal. U have the option to tacke breakfast in wekend till late

The room was not so clean as I expected. The bathroom toilet was not clean in the back of the toilet seat, the wall in the shower was also with some dirty

Excellent choices for breakfast, a huge Nutella jar 🤪, free parking, just near the Heidenheim pool, lovely location and peaceful. It is a bit far from.Legoland, about 40.min drive but doable due to the autobahn. To reach the restaurants in Heidenheim it is a 15 min walk, with 20 on return as you go uphill.

The breakfast ends at 9.30 which can be an inconvenient if you are not a morning person.

Great breakfast, the room was ok, the staff was excellent!! The reception is open 24 hours, which was great for us. We arrived at 11 pm because we were travelling. A great bonus is the swimming facilities next to it, which you can visit for free if you are staying in the hotel.

great hotel, very modern, rooms were spacious, clean and in pristine condition. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. It has a bar and a restaurant, but this is closed on Sundays. it is directly attached to a large public swimming hall (Aquarena) which unfortunately was closed for inspection/renovation while we were there. We though were informed about this when we booked the rooms.

Fantastic hotel with access to a large aquapark at no extra fee. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and parking was free. We really enjoyed the swimming in the evening while during the day we were at Legoland.

Nothing to unlike, maybe good to know that the hotel is in a city that requires a green sticker for your car. We did not know until getting there, so I hope we won’t get fined.
