The building is beautiful, and I imagine it must be even more enjoyable during the summer. We were lucky to have the hotel almost to ourselves, so we practically had a private spa where our 3-year-old son could play freely in the pool. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. Big points for the staff, who were always polite and willing to help.

Nothing related to the hotel itself, but I think the restaurant left a bit to be desired. We didn’t order anything complex, just two soups and a flammkuchen, which in my opinion were overpriced, especially considering the taste.

Calm, elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive and the owner of the hotel introduced himself and welcomed us at dinner. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was great. Several ‘extras’ at other hotels were included, such as a welcome sparkling wine on arrival, a piece of cake in the bedroom and a stocked minibar which was all free of charge. They even gave us a couple of bottles of water for our onward journey on check out. Absolutely faultless throughout, evening meal was of very high quality and not too pricey.

Absolutely lovely stay. Well organized in every little aspect. Rooms are extremely well designed with comfort in mind. Reception at the front desk warm and genius.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff was fine but did not match to the same level. I did not feel welcome in one of their restaurants, it might have been just an off day. Cleaning service was fabulous.

The attention to detail is fantastic. Beautiful interior and very comfortable beds. We had a small dog with us and she was specially welcomed with a bed and treats. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable.

The ‘music’ in the public areas detracts from the quality the hotel has. A piano cover of “I’m a barbie girl”, for instance…. This should definitely be changed. Also the food in the tarvern was below expectations.

Special hotel with beautiful gardens. A completely relaxing one night stay, so many small details that made our stay feel extra special. Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, will definitely come back again

A wonderful welcome from the hotel, and unfortunately too short a stay. But a stopover clearly worth the detour in a superb setting. Small words of attention in the room that make all the difference.

Hotel is beautiful.good car parking .Fast easy check in with knowledgeable and polite staff.Room was stunning and spotlessly clean..Evening meal was excellent lucky to eat outside.Once again staff went out of their way to help.Beautiful buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Cant write enough to say how good it was.
