I loved everything, the room was very nice, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing, I had a moment of peace that was needed. Spa was another place i can say i had a moment of tranquility.

I cant say anything bad, from the moment i checked in the staff greeted me with a sense of genuine care to help me, I had one request and they help to accomadate me.Also I ran into housekeeping in the hallway and they were very respectful and making sure i was ok and if anything was needed. That paved the way for the rest of my great stay

It is located on my way while traveling from Belgum to Germany and located very close to the outlet. Spent one night on this highly recommended hotel. I was very satisfy with room design, bed super comfortable and nice staff. All rooms have small balcony. We designed bathrooms. It is really a romantic one

Beautiful place, loved it here. Good service and very good staff. The entire hotel runs along a long vindling corridor with the reception in one end and two restaurants at the other end (breakfast is served in the restaurant end). Lots of outdoor parking with quite wide spaces. Romantic walks both in garden, park and forrest. Suitable for any condition level.

The pool is in the corridor, looks nice, but there will also be people moving in the corridors looking in.

perfect breakfast with everything you need. very nice room for the breakfast. room is large and you have different rooms. it should be much more nicer during the summer. Sauna is good and very hot. You got some snacks in the sauna with water and tee.

Hamam didn't work two restaurants and for some it could be over the budget.

We arrived at the hotel having just discovered our passports and cards had been stolen at our last break to charge the car in Belgium. The staff were really helpful and assisted us in sorting us out and even arranged an upgrade to our room. Great service!!

Great pool. Excellent meal in the Landhaus. Private outside space

Steps and long walk to room and Restaurant. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Smallest bathroom ever seen, poor lighting.

Staff is friendly and helpful and make sure you feel comfortable. Rooms are spacious and ok, don't expect too much. Breakfast was good and has everything you expect for a breakfast. Restaurant is good and have good prices.

Not all the facilities in the spa area are working that was 1 of the key points of choosing this hotel. Restaurant did had an English menu, and due to not have reception with your phone it was difficult to check as staff also didn't really spoke English.

Dinner restaurant closes very early, the owner was very impatient and pushing us to leave
