Closeness to the base and the places i need to get too

The property looks a little “abandoned” with the buildings around it, however the rooms are clean and good for space. Clean bathrooms! The one thing I did not like was that they did things a little bit old-fashioned and they wanted you to write your information down on a form with our info. This included your credit card number but I went ahead and showed him that I was paying through the booking app. I am not gonna write my credit card in this day in age. But he did not argue with me.

Exceptional. Best Kept Secret in Ramstein--not anymore! Highly recommended for English-speaking guests. Why? In addition to the staff. We had a good stay for a night on our way back to Ireland, restaurants are a short drive away, the place was clean and the room was large. Check-in was easy and plenty of parking around the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit simple and I don't think it was of great quality. It was ok, but for the price I'd have expected a bit better quality and variety.

This is literally walking distance from Ramstein Main Gate and perfect for Space A travelers who might get stuck. There is an Enterprise rental on site. The 160 Bus stop is nearby with busses to Lanstuhl, Ramstein village and Kaiserslautern. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We arrived at midnite and while the front door was open, we were unable to contact the night manager. But they comped us the next night free after getting us into room at 0500h so more than made up for it.

Exceeded expectations for a one-night stop. Staff were very friendly & pleasant, inside of hotel was new & nice. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, shower had great heat & water pressure. Larger room than most standard hotel rooms. Breakfast was in a lovely dining room & was very nice. Overall great :) !

Perfect location outside of Ramstein AFB. The room was clean and had just enough space. It was also tucked away off a main road and there was plenty of easy parking. It was a great price too; much cheaper than staying on the base.

Good price. Warm rooms with refrigerator and microwelle in the corridor. Really good hotell for monteure. No black mold in the bathroom.

Cleaning could be better, some hair on my bathroom towel not so fresh. Also dust on the walls. Would like to have more pillows.

I have stayed at this property multiple times when visiting Ramstein. This property is very clean, breakfast is great, location to Ramstein Air Base gate is less than 5 min, staff all speak English.

The hotel is dated and does not have great curb appeal. HOWEVER, it is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN on the inside. The receptionist was so nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was GREAT!! Hot food, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, yogurts..a very nice variety!! The room was a good size and yes it is an older hotel but we had a mini fridge and closet and the bathroom was decent size. We slept with the window open and just closed the rolladen which minimized the traffic noise. Our room was extremely clean too. The BEST part is the location!!! FIVE minutes to the Ramstein Air Base gate!!! perfect. I will stay at this hotel again when visiting the area!

Loved the room. We had a fan which was a godsend. Close to Ramstine AFB.

Just one complaint, we were there 4 days and the room attendant never cleaned the floor once.
