From beginning to departure the overall experience was one of a first class establishment . There has been a lot of thought gone into delivering a consistent product of such high quality . Lovely staff full of enthusiasm and helpfulness a beacon of professionalism.

It’s a bit cheeky to say if there was something you did not like particularly where the standards are so high. There were a few observations but they are purely personal .

Beautiful location with a great view over the golf course. Very nice and spacious room, very well appointed. Rich and tasty breakfast, good enough restaurant (Strönholt).

The check-out was a bad surprise. I was presented with a bill that contained improper charges. After being given ludicrious explanations, I was given a corrected bill. Instead of any kind of apologies, the employee has given me some sort of attitude. Very poor finale for a beautiful stay. Will think twice before considering again.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location: at the very southern tip of the island -- ideal to relax and kick back, to forget about the daily business. The beds were AMAZING, like I don't remember such great beds in another hotel. The room size was generous, breakfast food was really great and some personnel members were perfect at their job.

Architecturally the hotel is weirdly designed: usually the best rooms have a direct seaview, however, not here. We had the second best room category but no sea in the view. A big part of the hotel that is supposed to look at the sea is just a wall. Also the open parking right near the hotel is not a great idea. Some of the staff members were borderline rude replying with "ungern" to question about a late check-out. The room facilities have seen better times but overall are in a fine condition.

shower was in bad condition room was overheated (is that the reason for additional energy costs?) tea and coffee cups never cleaned non German/English speaking staff general staff situation hits the quality of Budersand, one of the big points in previous times!

Excellent staff and even more so at breakfast, which was lovely as well. Great personalised service and the general atmosphere was very friendly and homely. Smallish pool but lovely and warm. Five star.

it was a great time spent at the hotel. Very helpful service. Wonderful view from the room on the golf course. Golf course at the highest level. The island of sylt enchanted us.

Breakfast is probably the best on the whole island. Buffet leaves no wishes open. Plus great service and ambience with sea view.
