The apartment was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful all the time, and the spa had nice facilities with different activities going on. It was easy to get to the city and you can even rent a bike right outside the hotel. We had our little dog with us, so it was really pleasant to have a lot of outdoor seating places and could bring him to the restaurant/bar’s terrace. We would definitely come back!

The walls were thin, so you could hear your neighbors or people outside. The gym could be improved, but it works.

Rich breakfast with everything you want, the most delicious omelette I ever ate (and we travelled a lot!), great SPA, kids area we did not try that's why we will return :) This is not just a hotel is a resort, many things offered there. We travelled a lot around the world (US, Australia, Europe, Maldives, Caribbean etc) and planned to return here next year, a totally different nature and experience in Sylt as anywhere else and this hotel added to it! We had a room with a small garden and kitchen, perfectly clean, all facilities, we felt perfect there and sad to leave! :)

I was a bit sceptical as the TUI Blue Sylt seemed like one of those bigger holiday-house conglomeration for mass tourism. However, I was very positively surprised, the in- and outdoor facilities were very good. The staff overall was very friendly and welcoming. The apartments were large (we had a two-level apartment) with comfy beds, very good kitchen and bathroom facilities and a balcony. The sauna was very close by and very good as well. The cherry on top was the breakfast, buffet, but so many choices and all very tasty and partly even freshly prepared before your eyes. The same goes for dinner, which we had to book additionally (more on the expensive side), but also buffet with many very tasty choices. The hotel area is very close to the beach, which is great for an early morning or evening swim. A local bus stops about 50 meters from the hotel area. Last but not least, we also used the bike rental facility at the hotel, which was very good as well (good bikes, E-bikes, for an ok price, and friendly rental guy). Would come again.

The hotel is very pretty. Our accommodation was a two-story apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen and a living area. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equiped with everything you might need. Over a rainy weekend we really appreciated the central heating. We visited the spa and used predominantly the sauna area. Fabulous. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and is perfect for travelling around the island. You really dont need a car. We only had a quick snack in the resturant but the food was delicious and well priced for Sylt.

The water in the pool was little cold and parents with children occupied all the sun loungers. We had to wait to check out for about 20 minutes and staff had to adjust our bill for inaccuracies.

Out of season, I paid 100€ for a great room, it's impossible to complain about that. I would have liked a higher floor, which I asked for but didn't get, and I would have liked a ocean view, but that cost more, and I had not paid for that. But we were still very happy with the "appartment like" room, and had a very nice breakfast in the restaurant in the morning.

Amazing place, nice rooms (apartments), swimming pool clean, modern and large. Location is very good with nice beach next to the hotel and a lot of activities to do.

Only issue was the understaff personnel. Team was clearly under stress due to lack of people, specially for restaurant & breakfast. No room service could be improved as well.

-only one bathrobe/one pair of slippers in a room booked for 3 guests -check-out time by 10am -not enough kids' bikes available for rental -service during dinner, long wait until we could order drinks, tables were not cleaned properly after guests had left, food pieces scattered on neighbouring tables and floor

Spacious well equipped apartment with very comfortable beds. Location was excellent and the facilities were superb, especially the swimming pool in the spa. We stopped for just one night but would have happily extended if there had been a vacancy available.

Blinds (Rollos) in the room didn't work so bright room from early morning. Was not repaired despite us asking twice over phone to reception and once in person at front desk.

I like the facilities in TUI Blue Sylt so much. It is a great destination for family with kids we liked so much and we will most likely come back

The beds were a bit not so comfortable
