The hotel is amazing overall. The stay was WONDERFUL. • The facilities are very clean and modern. • Most of the staff were very kind and polite. • The pool is great and clean. • The hotel’s restaurant is WONDERFUL — perfect service and flawless food. • As a celiac, I had several gluten-free options available, including dessert! • Breakfast also deserves a 10 out of 10. • The room (except the air conditioning - very dirty) is amazing!

• Booking.com states that the hotel is pet-friendly, without specifying that only dogs are allowed — this was not made clear at any point before our arrival. • Even after confirming by phone and message with the authority that I could bring my two cats, we were told upon arrival that only dogs were accepted, and initially were denied our stay. • We were charged €40 per cat (instead of the €20 pet fee stated online) plus a €50 deposit, while large dogs were allowed without the same conditions. • I was forbidden from using the sauna because I was wearing a bikini — I was kicked out for not being naked. But that was at leans specified before

Nice hotel, wonderful facilities - spa, sauna, pool. Friendly service. Being tucked slightly away from the city centre, one could enjoy a peaceful stay and go for a walk in nature. Free parking facilities that made it convenient to get around (just need to ask the front desk to validate the card every time you leave)

It was great to have air-conditioning especially during the hot weekend when we were there. The problem was, someone had changed the settings to automatically turn off the aircon every two hours and this woke up us multiple times. The hotel staff tried to fix it but the next night, the auto turn-off function was then hourly... Didn't get a good night's sleep. Would be convenient to get to the hotel only if you have a car. The public transport frequency especially on Sundays is unfortunately not so often.

Magnificent swimming pool and saunas - everything is new and clean. I was especially impressed by the carefully assembled bags with bathrobes and towels for visiting the SPA that were in the room. Excellent breakfast and convenient breakfast hours from 7.00 to 11.00.

Regarding the rooms, to avoid disappointment you need to know that the hotel has different categories of rooms - all of them are presented on the website, which differ significantly in comfort (but also in price). But this is more of a plus than a minus, since it makes it possible to enjoy all the luxury of a hotel for an adequate price!

The new rooms and the changes since we last visited were fantastic. We had limited time at the hotel because we were visiting friends so we missed using the facilities, we will stay longer next time. The breakfast was very nice.

in the restaurant both the food and the service were great! we never had asparagus this delicious! The sauna was very good and hygienic, with 2 wooden Finnish sauna’s and one Turkish steaming bath, a big swimming pool and free tea, coffee and sparkling water.

The young bartender in the cafe could have been a little more service oriented.

Could have done with a couple more English speaking tv channels 😬 Dinner menu was quite expensive and could have done with more lighter options- salads etc.

We lived the facilities, especially the spa, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. Free car parking, adjoining Wilde Duck bar and restaurant and the friendly staff.

Half of the Sauna’s were off. The bed was not so comfortable. Room service wasn’t available at 21:30.
