The location to Iserlohn town center is a great 2 minutes walk to bars, shops, and restaurants and it has it's own car parking garage at a small cost. The staff speak English and are so nice and obliging. The restaurant meals are superb and not expensive. I would certainly stay there again next time I'm in Germany.

This is not a moan but there is no Aircon in the room we were in, also no coffee, and tea making facility. But just ask one of the staff for a kettle, or a fan and they will get you one, also as many of those small milks as you want, so no big deal just ask. I would recommend taking your own tea bags, and coffee sachets. But a couple of minutes walk is a big supermarket called Kaufland and they have everything you need. Also the famous Asbeck brandy at €13.99 a bottle a fraction of the price that a tourist shops will charge. I hope this helps all you travelers.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, you had a very good selection at breakfast, very good service, and very clean, nothing too much trouble, my mother was looked after, thanks Also very good location for town centre

My mothers room was super and ideal, nice big bathroom lovely and clean but our room had a view of a brick wall, carpet needed replacing and decorating was needed, but clean and tidy but I think they will be renovating the property in the future

Always come to iserlohn for schutzenfest ex forces. from corunna, like to visit old friends and have afew beers.

The town is a little bear with shops and what they have are all takeaway shops, phone and nails very little else and beggars always wanting money, iserlohn was never like this was vibrant town at nights now not alot goes on and very few restraunts, i am not a kabab person.

Located in the middle of the town with its dedicated pedestrian zone, great selection of shops and eatery's. Included breakfast was superb and the staff extremely helpful. Lots to see, visit and do in the area.

Nothing I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and there are some good restaurants close by.

It was pretty warm weather when we stayed at this hotel which doesn't have air-conditioning. So it was a pretty poor nights sleep. I had pre-paid this hotel through Booking.com but the hotel said next morning they had not recieved the payment. Therefore I was obliged to pay again. Not at all what I was expecting.

The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. If you are on the 4th, you have to carry your luggage. No AC and the parking garage just suited for matchbox cars.

It’s very near to the centre and easily connected with public transport

Since hotel is on the roadside, there are vehicle sounds that can be heard. The arrangement by hotel was good

We usually book I to a different hotel when we visit family in Germany but it wasn't available for the nights we wanted so we found this hotel and booked here. We were so impressed we won't be going anywhere else from now on. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect the breakfast was lovely and it was right in the center if town. Thank you for making us so welcome x

The only thing is it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
